This was the first time my family and I tried a vrbo and we couldn't have been more pleased. It was better than we expected. The place was cozy, with the gas fireplace to keep us warm at night, as it was a cold May weekend. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, and that was important after long hours away shopping in town, and taking the tour of the Stanley Hotel. A few deer came in our yard to greet us, and sitting outside for happy hour was wonderful. We will definatley return to this property each year for our annual girls weekend! Loved it!

Great weekend stay. So close to the town shops

This was a last minute plan for us. But the owner was more than helpful to arrange things for us within a couple of hours. We were quite surprised at how good everything was there at the townhome. Even though it is an attached home, you have your complete privacy. It was spotlessly clean. The place has enough room for atleast 10 people to sleep in! The kitchen was stocked with all the pantry essentials. It is also so close to the town, you can just walk down the winding road to all the shops and restaurants. All in all, we had a good and comfortable stay for a couple of days. We would definitely go back!

My mom, sisters and I rented this Estes Park Condo for a girls weekend to just relax and have fun. The rental process was easy and we were given all the information that we needed. The condo was very easy to find and is in a great location near the downtown area of Estes Park. When we walked in we were happy to find the condo is exactly like the pictures. It is extremely clean and everything is well taken care of. The decor is beautiful and cabin like and there is really every amenity you may need in the condo, down to fans in every bedroom and restaurant guides on the table :).... There is also a lot of space with 3 bedrooms and also a downstairs with a family room and pool table so we plan on returning again with our families. When we woke up each morning elk were practically in the front yard and we were able to watch them all day. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck and just enjoying the view of the mountains and wildlife. We definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable home away from home in Estes Park.

My husband and three kids stayed here for a week and we all loved it! We felt so at home that we didn't want to leave. The condo was very clean, and decorated like a cabin. The views where breath taking! Location was ideal for a quick drive to the town of Estes Park, and to RMNP. We enjoyed time inside the condo relaxing while watching tv/movies, and playing games/pool. My husband and I enjoyed coffee (that was provied) while enjoying the views from the deck ( Mountin views and the Elks). The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We liked that all we had to bring was our clothes, personal iteams, food and drinks. The condo had everything else we needed and more. We will deffently be back, and we will deffently tell family and friends. We have rented other properties and this was by far the best one we have rented! Thank you for making our family vacation a Excellent one! We can't wait to go back!

We thought your place is just right for a weekend get away! Great location, very comfortable and well stocked to make the stay what ever you want to make of it. The snow was a great addition too! It was very relaxing to go to bed or sit with a glass of wine and watch the snow fall! We shared the weekend with some dear friends and they really enjoyed your hospitality as well. You would never know this is a town home, so don't let that deter you. The home is as if the owners themselves live there. Whatever you need, it's in the home. Beautiful artwork, clean, clean, clean and the ease of check in and out very simple. We will most certainly book this home again. Distance to many activities very close, yet with the mountain views, you feel somewhat secluded. The Grub was ideal for a mid-day burger!

Fantastic Home Away from Home in Estes Park!

My family and I recently spent several days at this wonderful home. It is a quiet, convenient location and an incredibly clean and very comfortable home. The layout is great - even with six people we never felt as though we were "on top of each" other and the house has everything you could possibly need! Since it is winter, we especially enjoyed the sled that was available to use - we had a blast in the Hidden Valley snow play area inside Rocky Mountain National Park. The home is close to everything but you somehow feel "away from it all" at the same time. The view from the balcony is spectacular. I am sure we will definitely rent this home again! I would recommend it for families with or without kiddos - ideal either way - or friends wanting to have a fun getaway. Nick, the owner, is absolutely awesome to work with - very accommodating and seems to genuinely care that their guests have a great time! Could not ask for better! This was our first experience with VRBO - can only hope that all owners are as great and take care of their property the way Nick and his wife do!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was exactly as advertised, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience. The owners are easy to work with, extremely accommodating, and focused on making your stay just right. We especially enjoyed the convenient location to town and RMNP. We loved that we could play pool downstairs, and that there were balconies off each room. We look forward to a summer stay. Highly recommend staying here.

The location was ideal for us to walk to town and was close to where my granddaughter was getting married. Thhe photos were accurate right down to having deer and elk in theyatd The property was clean directions for closing it up, use of equipment such wi fi--all explained. Besides recommending this property some girlfriends and i may be heading out there next year and will definetely try to get this property, I had called Nick earlier and we thought he was an excellent host with information. This was our first family vacation as a 'blended' family and I honestly don't think it could have gone any better. It was the perfect place for us. It was so warm and cozy with plenty of space for the kids to play. The home was very clean, cozy, and included all the necessities. It was a great feeling to just be able to walk in and relax and cook our own meals together. It felt like home to us. Thank you again, it was a great week of quality family time and I hope that we are able to go back again sooner rather than later.

Late fall/early winter get away

Perfect size family home, with all the extras. Fully stocked kitchen with many small appliances (crock pot, blender, 4 slice toaster) tons of silverware, large coffee/hot cocoa mugs, etc. You won't be washing dishes after every meal to have plates and tableware ready for the next one! Seating for 8 at the dining table and out on the patio. We were very lucky to have unseasonably warm weather during our week-long visit. Very easy 5-10 min drive to RMNP entrances, lots of hiking, sight seeing and fresh air to wear out the kids!! And finally, the deal-maker for fams with babies - a full size highchair, pack n play (complete with waterproof matress pad), and baby carriers (one soft sided Kelty, and one frame backpack style carrier) available! This home is truly a 'family' home, and we felt like moving in by the end of the week.

We all loved our stay, and really appreciated that a lot of the extra kitchen things we forgot, like spices & cling wrap, were in the cupboards. Of course the cleanliness of everything and the pool table were a big hit!!!!!! Thanks again and we’ll be back.

We were 100% satisfied with our visit. The view of the mountain from the back porch was wonderful as we sat outside after a day of hiking in RMNP. We walked to town twice and it was an easy distance for us to enjoy Elk Fest activities and pick up some items for friends/family back home. We also enjoyed the pool table while watching football downstairs. We found the bed to be the most comfortable of all our trips to Estes . The property was clean and just perfect for us. Next time we would stay here and hope to bring family with us! The welcome gift and note was a nice touch. We had a question right after our arrival and Nick answered the phone first try and question answered. No problem!

Our stay in Estes Park was just what we wanted. The house is just like the pictures and video show. It was clean and had everything we needed. The two car garage was very convenient. My husband and daughter enjoyed using the bicycles. The rest of us were happy to learn about the free shuttle bus stop right across the street from the front door. The house is located with just a short 10 min walk down the hill to all the shops and town activity. We usually walked down and then rode one of the two optional shuttles back up to the house. The house has 4 flat screen TV's that came in handy for watching the Olympics in the evenings. It also has an upstairs LR and downstairs family room that allowed us to all spread out and have plenty of space. The first night that we arrived we saw about 5 elk grazing across the street. Very exciting! However, on our last day, we were thrilled to see a Momma bear and two cubs, sleeping in the middle of the afternoon, in a tree across the street and one house down the road. That was the view from our deck! We actually saw more wildlife from the deck than hiking in RMNP. We ate most of our meals out on the deck because the view was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely rent this house again. It was very easy working with Nick and he was quick to reply to my emails. I even liked the "Welcome Gift Bag" with the neat souvenirs from Estes Park. Just one more thing to help me remember our wonderful family vacation in Estes Park.

This is a great rental, the listing description was accurate, the photos were accurate, and the check-in/out was simple and smooth. I would highly recommend this property. Great location on a quiet street; 5 minute walk to main drag. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room (3 bedrooms). I would definitely return.

The family and I loved the condo! It is charming and well designed with plenty of room for everyone. Great central location, walking distance to downtown shopping and dining. And the free shuttles right outside the front door was an added plus. We took advantage of the covered patios, and the barbecue grill was icing on the cake. Having the ability to grill and relax on the patio really provided a home atmosphere. We had a blast. Most definitely, we will be back...without question.

The listing and photo accurately described the property which was spacious and well-maintained. The owner had furnished the rental with everything we needed and then some! We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and guests were amazed by our good fortune of finding such a lovely place within walking distance of town. We had 2 two year old grandsons staying with us so we can't speak to restaurants and shops but the playgrounds were great, the Riverwalk was delightful and the cowboy who serenaded us in the park was spellbinding!

Our family loved your condo! It was the absolute perfect set up for us and our two young adult boys. We could relax in the evenings from the day's activities and the guys loved playing pool every night! The description of your condo was right on and we would definitely recommend your property to friends. We hiked in RMNP 3 of the days we were there (LOVED that!) We highly recommend the Alberta Falls hike! The guys went to Estes Park Mountain shop one day and did the climbing wall (highly recommend!). Smokin' Dave's BBQ was our family favorite, so much we went twice. Big Horn Restaurant served up a hearty breakfast the morning before our longest RMNP hike. One day we drove to Denver and took the Mile High Stadium Tour. That was well worth the $10/person and VERY interesting! Our family voted this vacation as the best one yet. Thank you for your perfect condo. We definitely hope to visit again!

We went to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday in this house. It was WONDERFUL. The description is accurate; we walked to the downtown area, and went to RMNP which was about 5 minutes away. The owners were super helpful and prompt in answering questions. The house had a lot of character and we loved it! I would highly recommend it.

This is the third year we've stayed here. The location is perfect. You're just a block from shopping, restaurants, and ice cream, and the views from the deck are amazing. Hummingbirds abound, and Rocky Mountain Nat. Park is just up the road from the home.

We very much enjoyed our stay here, and the owner Nick was extremely accommodating and great to work with for our almost-last-minute booking. The beds were fantastic (the king was super comfortable and we loved the room with the double for our teenager and bunk for our toddler), and even our surly teenager perked up after getting roped into playing pool. Also loved making use of the very nice pack-n-play for our infant, saved lots of room in the car! We made use of the card games and hot cocoa that was in the pantry, and grilled up a delicious dinner using the outside grill and well-equipped kitchen. We made use of the close-to-the-main-drag location to stroll the local shops and eateries. After reading the other reviews I will just comment that during our stay the house was very clean, no pests of any sort, and there was plenty of dishwasher soap and laundry soap, even fabric softener/dryer sheets. We plan to go back with other friends or family members to make better use of the spacious accommodations and good times, even on high season this place is well worth the price. And to think we were going to spend about the same cost on a single hotel room, this place was a much better option. Now we'll have to book far in advance in the future so we can beat ya'll there!

These owners could write the guidebook on how to give excellent care to their guests. Everything was as we had expected, only better. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and has all you need for your retreat. My grand kids loved the pool table, the furnishings were comfy, kitchen well stocked, and plenty of room to spread out and relax, inside and out. Not only was there a wealth of information regarding the area attractions, we were welcomed with a gift bag of souvenirs and goodies - unexpected but greatly appreciated! We hiked, biked, relaxed, and totally enjoyed our stay. If we visit again, this is our first choice! The owners made this a very pleasant and satisfactory transaction.

A wonderful mini vacation location

Upon our arrival at the property well into the evening, we found that all was just as indicated in the listing, and well above our expectations. For a party of 7 (5 adults and 2 teenagers), we could not have picked a better location. If you are after that relaxed, at home like feeling, this is the perfect rental. Comfortable, and cozy are two words that one might use to describe this beautifully laid out and furnished town home. The unit was very clean and well maintained, leaving very little to improve upon. Our grand children loved having the mountain bikes available, and, needless to say, spent a good deal of their free time at the pool table (we adults helped them along with this activity). Even though the wind would not cooperate, the kites in the garage were put to good use also. With the kitchen being well stocked with cooking necessities, we enjoyed most of our meals in the comfort of the dining area, and it was super nice having the dishwasher for the clean up process. Even though we have spent numerous weekends in the Estes Park area, this was the first in which we had a meal at the Stanley, and what a tremendous place to eat. There was a lot of elk viewing on the east end of town around the golf course, but there was one huge bull that wandered through the property on Saturday evening. With two avid bow hunters in our party, this was the highlight of their weekend. All in all, it was a wonderful three day weekend, and we plan on using this facility again in the future. I would highly recommend this property to my friends, or anybody else that is looking for a relaxing time in Estes Park.

Our family traveled to Estes Park for my nieces winter wedding. The house was perfect. The listing was 100% accurate and included all the extra's. The game room was a plus. The adults enjoyed playing pool and watching tv. The house has many extra's for the younger kids and grandkids. The owners went to great lengths to have fresh flowers on the fireplace and coffee in the pantry. The home was clean and extremely well maintained. We enjoyed seeing the deer walk past the house as they moved up and down the mountain. I highly recommend this house and these owners. They are quality people who want to keep a property in excellent condition. The financial tranactions happended as agreed upon. The town of Estes Park is wonderful. The restaurants are reasonably priced and the shops are filled with bargains. Thank you for an excellent winter vacation home. This property would be outstanding any time of the year.

We had a great time. The house met our needs nicely and was clean. Some of the amenities we thought were included were not available. We had to purchase dishwasher soap as only enough for 2 loads in home. No laundry soap available so we were unable to start load of laundry as requested. We did not need to do laundry so we had no need to buy any. We arrived 20 min early hoping to get in but cleaning crew still there at unsure if would be done by 4 as having issues with the dryer. We went to the winery to wait out and enjoyed that stop. When we got back 40 min later they were gone. We would recommend this property to others and if back in area would rent again. This is the 3rd VRBO in this area we have stayed at and so far our favorite. Thanks

We had a wonderful time. The place was immaculate, homey, and a perfect place to have three generations together. We had everything we needed and more. The view was superb, the kids loved the pool table and being able to have their own TV. It was also nice having bikes, games, and kites available. We have stayed in Estes for 15 years and this was the best place of all.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Thank you so much for allowing us the use of your beautiful condo for the weekend -WIND and all! We had plenty of room to spread out, and, of course, the kids loved the pool table. We were very happy with the accommodations - once I figured out the dishwasher:-) The beds were plentiful and very comfortable, and the bedroom layout was perfect for our family. Having use of the garage was also very welcome as we had 3 cars by the time everyone got up to the cabin. Our annual weekend in Estes Park is a much anticipated tradition with my family, which began when the kids were small, and I think this year was the best of all. The location near town is perfect, and my daughter and I did see a large elk crossing the street early Saturday morning - though everyone else was still asleep:-) Though the wind howled Saturday night, the light snow flurries all weekend were exactly what we were hoping for - especially during our Saturday evening 'River Walk' downtown. All of us have decided that we definitely want to come back again next year. Thanks again for a wonderful weekend.

We have stayed at many VRBO and surrounding cabins in Estes Park and this was by far the best! The townhome has everything you could need and more. Our kids loved playing pool and having a neat hang out downstairs! The welcome bag was awesome! The beds are sooo comfortable and we have no complaints what so ever. We will definitely be back every chance we get!

Our trip could not have been better, and we loved the place. The weather was perfect, the trout were biting, the wildlife was everywhere, and we enjoyed one of the last clear, beautiful days on top of Trail Ridge Road. A small group of mulies also moved by the house several times during the stay. We’ve stayed at other places in Estes Park, and your house is by far the best. It’s really unusual to find a place that has such a strong separation of the spaces. It’s great for adults traveling together or people with children. The “downstairs” people feel like they have their own set-up, and the “upstairs” people can make coffee in the morning without bothering anyone. You’ve provided just about anything anyone would need. For example, 3 TVs? Where do you find that? Thanks for making everything so easy.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is wonderful,clean, and everything we needed was provided, including a welcome gift bag . Great view from the deck. The location is excellent. It is walking distance to downtown Estes Park and minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. If you enjoy walking check out the Estes Park Riverwalk and Lake Estes Trail. There were Elk near the walking path, lake, and a herd on the golf course. Visiting Rocky Mountain National Park is a must. The scenery is breath taking and there are more hiking trails than you can count. Check out the Trail Ridge Road. You reach an altitude of over 12,000 feet. The scenery is great. We had snow flurries up there when it was 80 degrees in Estes Park. If you have time visit the nearby Stanley Hotel (the movie "The Shining" was filmed there). They have an interesting tour.

This condo is the perfect spot for a relaxing time in the wonderful town of Estes Park. It's location is perfect...a quick walk to the main shopping area. Everything we could ever have imagined needing, was provided, and even a little welcome gift bag was waiting for us with lotions, and OFF packets, and postcards, STAMPED and ready to be mailed to freinds and family. What a sweet gesture. Given the chance my family would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our overall experience was splendid!

The house was beautiful and very well stocked. The owner's were very helpful and easy to work with. Very nice personal touches including a little welcome package. Truly a home away from home. Great location beautiful view from the decks and walking distance to downtown, but with such a great place who wants to leave? Our family had a great time and we highly recommend it.

"Cornered by Elk" and Loving It

Our family of five spent the most amazing time at this well appointed, rustic townhome. It was just perfect for our needs and the scenery was breathtaking and everything that the description promised. I had the unusal experience to have an upclose visit with 6 elk. They were across the street eating and "playing" in the neighbor's back yard and swing set. They are very tame-I know better that to touch or get too close to wildlife! We could easily walk downtown which is recommended because parking places are hard to find. Our visit to the Rocky Mt. NP was the best....must see if you are visiting...go on the Trail Ridge Drive and have a snowball fight at the top! The deck provides the best space to eat and cookout. We MUST return.....got to meet the owner....such a great host and easy to work with on all the details of a rental home.Thank you Nick!

Steps to downtown Estes Park and minutes from entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The location can't be beat. Condo is comfortable and well appointed. Owners are friendly, helpful and organized. A great place to stay if you are coming to Estes Park.

Thought the condo was great! Fantastic location, great views, and a very comfortable feel. There were 4 of us so there was plenty of space and everyone was able to retreat to an area of the house if needed. It was wonderful that we just had to walk down the street in order to see a clear view of the 4th of July fireworks. I would definitely recommend your condo to friends.

This is the first time we rented a condo at Estes Park. It is something we would definitely do again. You thought of all the little things to make us feel right at home. We brought our grandchildren and it was wonderful to have the lower level at the end of the day. My husband enjoyed introducing the kids to the game of pool. They spent all of their downtime in the family room.It was great to have space to be together or spend a little time apart. We loved the grill and spent many mornings and evenings on the deck relaxing and watching for wildlife. The location provided easy access to downtown and many of the activities nearby. You were wonderful to work with, we appreciated your availability to assist us whenever needed. We will definitely be return visitors.

We LOVED your place! It was perfect and you are terrific hosts! We did not want to leave, we all mentioned that we felt at home immediately and were so impressed with the details that you had thought of to make the stay complete. I cannot think of anything you could improve on. We felt pampered and spoiled with the quality and upkeep of your home. Our group included my husband and I and our three grown children and the space was nice in that we didn't feel like we were crowding one another. Just a fantastic, wonderful, ideal setting!!! THANK YOU for making it availible. Definately will stay again. :o)

We absolutely loved your condo in Estes. It fit our needs perfectly. We stay at a lot of HomeAway's and commented several times during our stay how well your condo was outfitted. Everything we could think of was available for our use. We especially appreciated the baby backpack! That came in handy several times. And the deer pictured on HA were regular visitors much to the joy of all the kids, even the baby. Elk stopped by too.

This is our third year in a row renting in Estes and this condo was the best by far! My husband and I stayed here with our 3 girls. They loved the pool table and the games in the pantry. My wife, 14 month-old daughter, and I along with another couple with a 20 month-old had a blast. Immediately when we walked in we felt at home! The kids loved watching the elk from the back porch each morning. The place is very close to town and the grocery store! The owners were very pleasant to work with. We may make this a yearly tradition! I would recommend this property to anyone!
