Three bedroom "townhouse" in the famous ANDALUSIA building , designed in the 1920's by Arthur and Nina Zwebell ; it is considered to be the apartment building upon which all other Spanish style courtyard buildings are based and is their finest work. Featured in " Red tile style " among other architectural books. The hose retains all features it's original features including the bathrooms and kitchen.
Located in classic old Hollywood and close to all the amenities of Sunset strip , theatres , restaurants and the Chateau Marmont.
There are supermarkets very close , the Beverly Centre , Farmers Market and Beverly Hills are a ten minute drive away. You can enjoy hiking in Runyon Canyon or go a little further into The Hollywood hills or to Santa Monica or Malibu and enjoy the beach life.
Several major theme parks are a short drive away.
Through the front door the living room is to the left with a beautiful gas fire , built in shelves either side of the fireplace and overlooked by the open-plan staircase which some guests feel may be unsuitable for very small children.
There is are doors opening directly out onto the interior courtyard garden.
Opposite the front door is a spacious closet with further storage and access into the basement.
To the right of the door is the dining room which seats six to eight and leads to the Kitchen which has a spacious fridge freezer , dishwasher , microwave and Viking range .
Up the stairs and to your right are the master and second bedrooms , both with ample closet space and both opening onto balconies.
The original bathroom is off the landing where there is also a linen closet. The bathroom retains all it's original features and has a bath and shower , built in cupboards , sink and lavatory.
Bed three is to the left and can be completely separated from the main house becoming it's own studio apartment with private entrance onto the front courtyard. The single bed is built in and the room leads to a generous closet and second bathroom with a shower, sink and lavatory.
The laundry facilities are located through the interior courtyard garden and down the stairs next to the original hot tub ( please note that children are not permitted to use the hot tub without adult supervision for health and safety reasons ).There are two washers and dryers. Guests are welcome to sit and enjoy the garden.
Parking is in the designated parking bay for the unit or inside the garage . Street parking is available for guests of guests.
Maid service is available on request at an additional charge.

The house can be rented weekly or monthly. Sorry but we do no rent by the night.
Low Season .. Oct to Mid Dec .. $1350/week .. $5000/month
Mid Dec-End of the First Week of Jan - High Weekly Rates Apply or $6000/month
Low season runs from second week of Jan to the end of the first week of Jun.
High rates are from second week of Jun to the end of the first week of Sep.

My family and I love West Hollywood and often work in Los Angeles , we wanted a second home with style and also convenience.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
Located in classic "old Hollywood " we are a stones throw from the Chateau Marmont and the attractions of Sunset strip. There are may stores conveniently located , the house is a classic , built in the 1920's and was the first Spanish style apartment building. There are two parking spaces , one in the garage and one on the forecourt and a beautiful interior courtyard garden in which to relax and enjoy your privacy.

We are a couple with four children who wanted a second home in LA which is why we purchased this beautiful townhouse. We stay in LA for work but also pleasure , we love the weather and hiking in Runyon Canyon before we start work. LA is also special for us as it is where we first met and got married.
