Terrific location and amenities within a comfortable environment

This was the first time we'd ever rented a short-term apartment and also the first time we used Synergy; based on our experience we would easily do it again. Here's a brief sketch of our experience with Synergy, the apartment and the neighborhood: - Staff did a great job of accomodating our late check-in. They were waiting for us with the keys to the apartment which we very much appreciated b/c we had a tired child. They stayed in contact with us even after we came into the apt to make sure everything was OK. - Apartment was wonderful: Two bedrooms with really comfy queen-size beds and plenty of storage; two full baths with the basics; kitchen with all standard appliances, plates, flatware, glasses, pots and pans; nice dining table for 4; and a living room that was well suiting for relaxing. Cable TV and wireless internet were included which was great. An outdoor veranda was also nice and good for people-watching which we enjoy doing. If you're looking for crazy-expensive furntiure and a granite kitchen, this is not the place for you. Instead, this apartment has hotel-quality furnishings that were comfortable and nice-looking and just right for our needs. - Neighborhood has everthing you need. We're biased toward South Beach/SOMA because it's so sunny so take my review with that in mind. There's a mini-grocery right on premises. You're 2 blocks from the ballpark (Giants had just beaten the Braves and people were going nuts. So fun!) My favorite pizza place in SF is also 2 blocks away (Amici's). The Delancey Street Restaurant is right across the street and is perfect for picky eaters or families with diverse tastes. Our favorite brunch place is 3 blocks away (Town's End). You can get anywhere in the city via Muni which stops a block away. Caltrain which connects to the peninsula (Palo Alto, San Jose) is a 5-block walk. Everything is handicap-accessible. - Just a few minor negatives about the location: parking is extremely difficult and the city collects $$ from street meters even on nights and weekends. Better to plan to pay Synergy to arrange for parking or better yet, forget a car and take Muni. Also remember that there's no air conditioning (temperatures in SF usually are very comfortable all year) so you may need to open your windows to get a breeze and if you do, the street noise can be a little loud, especially on weekends. This is an issue in most parts of SF, though.

To Kelly and her team, I would like to to thank you for all your help during our stay in San Francisco. The apartment was more than I expected, it exceeded our expectations and more. It comfortably suited our needs and the location was central for walking to shopping and dining. I would highly recommend staying in any Synergy Corporate Housing to all my friends as they uphold high standards for accomodations. Thanks again to Kelly and crew:)!!!!
