Location, Location, Location-----Our Paris Penthouse Studio Condo is located in the Heart of Paris, two blocks from the Louvre and one block from the Palais Royale. Metro Palais Royale is a block and a half away. Metro Pyramides is one at the corner of the street.
Charm, Charm, Charm----"Charming" is the most common word used by or clients to describe this Penthouse apartment. Our studio Condo has an elevator up to the fifth floor and you must walk up one level to the sixth floor to enter the apartment. Sleeping is on a French queen-size bed plus a full trundle bed that makes two very comfortable single beds. Sleeping is in the same studio room. A separate kitchen is equiped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and is equiped for light cooking.
View, View, View-----The roof-top terrace is the same size as the Studio room and is private to this apartment only. The view is of about 2/3 of the major monuments of Paris. You can see the Opera, Monmartre, Notre Dame, Louvre, Palais Royale, Montparnasse, and the Museum of Modern Art from the roof top. A table and chairs are provided for rooftop picnics and that midnight bottle of wine while you watch the illuminated lights of Paris, the city of Light.
Central To Everything.----You cannot find a more central location in all of Paris. Within a 15 minute walk are more than half the attractions of Paris. The Metro is at the bottom of the block, two minutes away. Louvre 2 Blocks, Palais Royale 1 Block, Comedie Francaise 1 Block, Place de La Concorde 3 blocks, Notre Dame 6 blocks, Opera 3 blocks, Les Halles 5 blocks, Place Venedome 3 blocks, Champs Elysees 5 blocks, Rue Rivoli 2 Blocks. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. After I placed my initial inquiry as to availability the owner got right back to me with news the rental was available. I do wish we could had booked this place as the writeup and pricing are excellent, it was based on feedback from my daughters that requested more bedrooms that I decided to pass on it. Anyway - If you are shopping for a Paris rental - I recommend this one! Hopefully some day it'll be just me and the wife enjoying the balcony terrace!!
