  This condo is wonderful! And the owner Aibee is great! I had one little issue and Aibee had it fixed within hours! The best Customer Service EVER! I will be coming to visit again! This condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or stay for a while! It is literally right beside Pier Park!

  It was nice. Our first time in a highrise. It was clean and a lot better than staying in a hotel. The owner was very helpful. Loved that there was no smoking everywhere we went in Panama City

  Once again, my husband and I loved every moment of our retreat in this vacation condo. This marks our third consecutive year of staying at Tidewater, in this particular unit. Our expectations are exceeded each year. The resort is friendly, clean and accommodating. The unit is perfect for a honeymoon, anniversary trip or small family vacation. We look forward to returning in 2013!

  I would like to give a great "Thank you" to Ai Bee, the owner of this unit. He was great to work with and followed up with my requests and comments. Our condo was great and we would definitely recommend it to our friends & family. We loved the roomeyness because we had six in our party. We and I kids were able to walk to Pier Park every evening and feel safe.

  The condo itself is nice, great location, and nice facilities. It sleeps six but really only has comfortable seating for 3 on the couch. Our biggest problem was the cleanliness. The floors were filthy, there were multiple stains on the towels and sheets, the shower curtain had a large amount of mold, and the couch had quite a bit of sand on it when we arrived. Aibee (the owner) was out of town and did try to address all of our concerns to the best of her ability. She seems to be very nice and was very concerned with the condition the cleaning people left the condo in. It would have been nice to be offered some kind of discount or an extra night because of the inconvenience of having to vacuum and mop the floors ourselves and having to wash the towels and sheets but that didn't happen. This would actually be a GREAT condo if they employed a new cleaning company.

  Owner response: Thanks Michelle, Glad you had a wonderful time at the beach. My apologies for the issue relating to the housekeeping of your stay. This occurs very infrequently during the peak season. Unfortunately, the housekeeper was not notified immediately when you checked in. We have kindly reminded the housekeeper to make sure the housekeeping contact number is posted on the kitchen countertop so that she is always available at your request. While we are disappointed that we were unable to give you immediate attention when this occurred, we are glad that the housekeeper returned to the condo immediately to help enhance the cleanliness! Here's the reply from the housekeeper, "the gentleman showed us where there was some sand at the foyer when you walk in and a small stain that looked like an ink pen to me and we replaced the shower curtain in the master bathroom and that was all that they showed us and we did take care of it." As always, please contact the housekeeper so that she could send someone from her team to help resolve any issue immediately. Thank you!

  As advertised, only better. Pictures do not do this condo justice. Very large and super clean. Balcony view was awesome. My wife and I parked the car and did not get in it again until the day we left. Everything is well within walking distance. Beach service was great. You can tell these owners take pride in their property. We will definitely be back.

  My daughter and I just got back home from vacation. The condo was beautiful and the view overlooking the ocean from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back. Thank you, one again for everything!!

  The room was very nice, the pictures do not do it justice. The unit was very clean and updated. Kitchen had plenty of cookware and anything you would need to prepare most meals. The side by side refrigerator produced plenty of ice so we did not need to buy any for our cooler for the beach. The door did whistle when the wind blew but a towel fixed it. The owner was very attentive and called to make sure we made it in and when we left to make sure we had a nice trip. View was great, room is close to the high speed elevator. Covered parking and covered walkway to your vehicle in case of rain. I would recommend this unit to my friends and family.

  I really enjoyed my stay at the condo. The room is right next to the elevator is which is very convenient. The toilet wouldn't flush properly when we got there but the utility game came and fixed it the next day. The only thing that I didn't like was that the wind blew threw a crack in front door and made a whining noise but it wasn't too loud. Didn't loose any sleep over it or anything. Ai Bee (the owner) was very nice to work with and always got back to me in a timely fashion. I ended up leaving some of my clothes in the drying and Ai Bee was very helpful with getting the house keeper to mail them back to me (which I was very thankful for!!) The only complaint I had about Tidewater itself was that the pools were supposed to be heated but were very cold (we went in the first of March). Overall, the condo was beautiful and a fabulous price! Would most definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to a friend!

Cancellation policy:

Check-in and Checkout Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. (After 4PM in July will be strictly enforced); checkout time is 10:00 a.m. Due to our high standards for cleanliness, not all units will be ready for check-in promptly at 3:00 pm. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans available between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. in case the unit is not yet ready. Rates Rates are subject to change without notice. The daily rate may include fees to cover use of certain amenities at the property. Higher rates apply to holiday periods such as Easter, July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Monthly rates are available at many properties on a seasonal basis. Please call for specific details. Age Requirement The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. We require a copy of the driver license of the individual making the reservation. Additional restrictions may apply during the spring break vacation period. We require that every two rental guests under the age of 25 years must be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian over the age of 25 years. Violation of the age rule or misbehaving will be evicted and losing your rent and deposit plus $100 or more per day penalty charge on your credit card. Pet Policy Sorry pets are not allowed in the unit. Many boarding kennels are available in local area. Smoking Policy No Smoking allowed in the unit and on the balcony. Any violation of the Pet/smoking policy will incur a $200 fine and if additional cleaning is necessary to remove smoke odors from the house and/or linens, costs will be subtracted from Tenant deposit. Advance Payment At the time of booking a credit card advance payment will be required equivalent to 20% of your total stay. The advance payment is due when your reservation is made. Clean Fee All bookings require a one-time departure clean fee to be paid by the guest. The clean fee will also be required on monthly reservations. If you are staying more than one month in the same rental unit the fee will only be charged on your last month. The clean fee will cover all normal cleaning required after your departure. Security Deposit All reservations require a refundable security deposit of $250-$500. The security deposit is required to be paid by the guests 21 days before the check in date. Failed to pay the security deposit will result your reservation be cancelled without payment refund. Reporting Damage: Please note any damage to the rental unit upon your arrival and report it immediately to owner in writing to avoid possible liability. We inspect every rental unit after each guest's departure, and any loss or damage occurring during your stay over the security deposit will be charged to your credit card on file. The security deposit will be refund to the guest within 30 days of your check out date if no damage is made during the stay. To avoid any damage to the bunk bed, please follow these safety guidelines: 1. The weight limit for the upper bunk is 100 pounds. Please follow this rule strictly. 2. Don't allow children younger than six to use the upper bunk. 3. Don't allow children to roughhouse on or under the beds. 4. Don't allow more than one child on the upper bunk. 5. Insist that your children use the ladder for entering or leaving the upper bunk. 6. No jumping, no standing and no somersaults. We would deduct your security deposit if we find any damage to the bunkbed. Methods of Payment We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, and personal check. A credit card will be required at time of booking for all reservations. Final Payment Final payment is due on 21 days prior to arrival date. In the event of cancellation, final payment is non-refundable. Failed to pay final payment will result your reservation be cancelled without payment refund. Cancellation Cancellation before final payment will result in a loss equal to the advance payment made. Cancellation within 21 days of arrival date will result in a 100% loss of the cost of the stay. Multiple-Night Minimum Stay During busier seasons we require a 3 night minimum stay. During Holiday periods and times of limited availability, a longer night minimum may be required. No Daily Maid Service While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit except to launder. Falsified Reservation Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in. Parking Restrictions On-site parking of recreational vehicles, personal watercraft (boats, trailers, jet skis, etc.) is prohibited. Free garage parking is available across the street.
