Wonderful Stay!

This condo is wonderful! And the owner Aibee is great! I had one little issue and Aibee had it fixed within hours! The best Customer Service EVER! I will be coming to visit again! This condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or stay for a while! It is literally right beside Pier Park!

It was nice. Our first time in a highrise. It was clean and a lot better than staying in a hotel. The owner was very helpful. Loved that there was no smoking everywhere we went in Panama City

Once again, my husband and I loved every moment of our retreat in this vacation condo. This marks our third consecutive year of staying at Tidewater, in this particular unit. Our expectations are exceeded each year. The resort is friendly, clean and accommodating. The unit is perfect for a honeymoon, anniversary trip or small family vacation. We look forward to returning in 2013!

Great Condo/Poor Cleanliness

The condo itself is nice, great location, and nice facilities. It sleeps six but really only has comfortable seating for 3 on the couch. Our biggest problem was the cleanliness. The floors were filthy, there were multiple stains on the towels and sheets, the shower curtain had a large amount of mold, and the couch had quite a bit of sand on it when we arrived. Aibee (the owner) was out of town and did try to address all of our concerns to the best of her ability. She seems to be very nice and was very concerned with the condition the cleaning people left the condo in. It would have been nice to be offered some kind of discount or an extra night because of the inconvenience of having to vacuum and mop the floors ourselves and having to wash the towels and sheets but that didn't happen. This would actually be a GREAT condo if they employed a new cleaning company.

Owner response: Thanks Michelle, Glad you had a wonderful time at the beach. My apologies for the issue relating to the housekeeping of your stay. This occurs very infrequently during the peak season. Unfortunately, the housekeeper was not notified immediately when you checked in. We have kindly reminded the housekeeper to make sure the housekeeping contact number is posted on the kitchen countertop so that she is always available at your request. While we are disappointed that we were unable to give you immediate attention when this occurred, we are glad that the housekeeper returned to the condo immediately to help enhance the cleanliness! Here's the reply from the housekeeper, "the gentleman showed us where there was some sand at the foyer when you walk in and a small stain that looked like an ink pen to me and we replaced the shower curtain in the master bathroom and that was all that they showed us and we did take care of it." As always, please contact the housekeeper so that she could send someone from her team to help resolve any issue immediately. Thank you!

I would like to give a great "Thank you" to Ai Bee, the owner of this unit. He was great to work with and followed up with my requests and comments. Our condo was great and we would definitely recommend it to our friends & family. We loved the roomeyness because we had six in our party. We and I kids were able to walk to Pier Park every evening and feel safe.

As advertised, only better. Pictures do not do this condo justice. Very large and super clean. Balcony view was awesome. My wife and I parked the car and did not get in it again until the day we left. Everything is well within walking distance. Beach service was great. You can tell these owners take pride in their property. We will definitely be back.

My daughter and I just got back home from vacation. The condo was beautiful and the view overlooking the ocean from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go back. Thank you, one again for everything!!

Very Plesant Stay

The room was very nice, the pictures do not do it justice. The unit was very clean and updated. Kitchen had plenty of cookware and anything you would need to prepare most meals. The side by side refrigerator produced plenty of ice so we did not need to buy any for our cooler for the beach. The door did whistle when the wind blew but a towel fixed it. The owner was very attentive and called to make sure we made it in and when we left to make sure we had a nice trip. View was great, room is close to the high speed elevator. Covered parking and covered walkway to your vehicle in case of rain. I would recommend this unit to my friends and family.

I really enjoyed my stay at the condo. The room is right next to the elevator is which is very convenient. The toilet wouldn't flush properly when we got there but the utility game came and fixed it the next day. The only thing that I didn't like was that the wind blew threw a crack in front door and made a whining noise but it wasn't too loud. Didn't loose any sleep over it or anything. Ai Bee (the owner) was very nice to work with and always got back to me in a timely fashion. I ended up leaving some of my clothes in the drying and Ai Bee was very helpful with getting the house keeper to mail them back to me (which I was very thankful for!!) The only complaint I had about Tidewater itself was that the pools were supposed to be heated but were very cold (we went in the first of March). Overall, the condo was beautiful and a fabulous price! Would most definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to a friend!

The condo was just as I remembered from our last stay. Everything was clean, neat, orderly and well maintained. Traveling alone this trip, I was a bit concerned about safety, but the security codes at the door and and garage helped to alleviate my concerns.It was also nice to have the chairs and umbrella as an added ammenity.The little extras, shampoos, candy, drink mix, made me feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this condo ! The fact that Pier Park is so close is an added plus!

Me and my fiance recently took our first vacation together. This condo was perfect for us. It was a lot bigger than I had expected from the pictures. Everything was nice and neat, all of our information was laid out to be easily understood. Not only was the condo itself nice but the entire resort was also. We loved the cover parking deck and covered breeze way that led into the resort. This would definatley be a place for us to stay again! :)

This condo far exceeds our expectations. It's incredibly clean, accessible and comfortable. This was our second (annual) stay in this unit and it is everything we hope for and dream about returning to each year! We loved this condo!!!! We had adults and kids andall had a great time. Super convenient to pools and beach. Loved the 2 beach chairs every day. I would definitely stay at this resort again and check out Dusty's down the street for some good food and fun! Kids enjoyed the ping pong tables and game room as well. I want to go back already - :)

My wife, our 8 months old son and myself really enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. the view is unbelievable.....pictures don't do justice! The owner is very nice and make sure everything is perfect. Also she responds to e-mail or phone calls promptly.

Great Condo for New Years Getaway

My wife, daughter and I stayed for 4 days over new years. This is a great, modern, very well maintained condo. By far the nicest kitchen of any rental we've ever had ( and we've rented several in PCB over the years ). The flat screen TV's are great. Awesome views from the balcony, especially the fireworks show from the city pier on New Year's Eve. Well furnished and very clean. Great facility amenities and very close to Pier Park. The owner was so easy to work with and has great attention to detail for parking, check in, etc. I could not ask for better, more polite communication. We'll be back, sooner rather than later I hope.

The condo was just as described. The owner was quick to respond. I never had any doubt that if there was a reason to we needed to them contact during our stay that they would also have responded quickly. This condo is fantastic. It was a great size for our family of 3. The view is great from the balcony. You cannot ask for better. We even saw 5 dolphins from the balcony the last day! I had seen reviews were some were complaining about the elevators. We never had any issues with the elevators. We will definitely be going back.

Great place for mini family reunion

The condo was great and comfortably fit my wife, me, our 1 year old and three adult family members who joined us last minute (2 bunk beds are in the hall way, sofa bed is in the living room--2 baths, one in master bedroom and one in hall way). The balcony is very large and the view is gorgeous. The full kitchen is very open and you are connected with everyone in the living room while you are cooking or doing dishes. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture and decorations were very nice. The free use of two beach chairs and umbrellas just out the front door was great. The condo is a 10 minute walk to Pier Place which has a large amount of restaurants and bars.

Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We were impressed from the first communication inquiring about the condo to the end of our stay. The facility and condo were very well maintained and clean. Our stay was in mid August and the parking and elevator usage was never a problem. Within fifteen minutes of our arrival the owner was calling to verify that everything was satisfactory and wished us a pleasant stay. She reiterated that if we needed any assistance to please give her or her cleaning staff a call. I would highly recommend this condo as a great place to stay and would definitely use this service again.

We had a great time staying in your condo for our son's baseball tournament. It was perfect for our family and we enjoyed the absolutely breathtaking views from the balcony! Kudos to your cleaning crew - our son left his cell phone in the unit, and the cleaning company owner called us and returned the phone. Thanks for a nice stay.

Was bigger than it looks, in the picture. Nicer tile floors; no beach carpet. BR to the right, just as you come in the door. Large Kitchen and family room on the beach side; with huge beach-view sliding door. Fun balcony with chairs and small table. Spectacular view. It was really comfortable when we settled in, at night. Full kitchen, and you don't have to bring stuff like coffee filters or dish washing powder. Nice utensils, glassware, etc... Towels and sheets are changed every day. You can see the lake, out the other side. The work out room, with Jacuzzis, steam and sauna (18 or older only) were nice and had TV's on the machines. The two side pools were large and clean. Get down to the beach early (8am local) to reserve your beach front chair and umbrella. Two nice bathrooms; with nice showers. Two nice HD TV's with cable. One in master. Large master bed; sleep well. Nice cleaning staff. Owner helpful with managing check-in, and out times (sometimes early check-in, or late check-out). You can use (code secured) amenities (nice showers) even after you've checked-out. Located down several hotels from the pier. You can see the panhandle, curving off to the south. No unloading at the buildings front door. Just Park on the THIRD floor on the deck across the street and get a large, very helpful, cart. Cool air-conditioned walkway spans the street and brings you to the SECOND floor (2 on elevator for the walk-across, on decks 3rd), of the Condo high-rise. Enjoy!

My family rented the condo last Thanksgiving holidays. The condo was very comfortable with a good floor plan and a perfect size for my family with my parents. The views from the living room and balcony are startling. We watched birds flying from a place above them (from the balcony)and saw 18 sting rays swimming in the crystal-clear turquoise water from the balcony!! All of us enjoyed playing and walking on the soft white sand beach and in the water with birds, fish and sting rays around. It was a unforgettable experience for us. We will definitely come back and rent the property again in 2010.
