Year Purchased: 2001
Janet and I have lived all over the US and traveled all over the world, but Mazatlan is the most beautiful and complete experience we've found. Both of us work in the healthcare industry which keeps us busy all year around. We look forward to our visits to Estrella del Mar, not just because of the beautiful weather and spectacular sunsets, but because of the warm friendly people who populate this area of Mexico. We've been visiting for years and will continue to do so for as far into the future as we can see. We only wish we could spend more time at Estrella del Mar, but then you would miss this opportunity to spend some time in our paradise.
Why the Owner Chose Mazatlan
We love the beach and the sounds of the crashing waves. From our first floor condominium we can sit ocean side on our spacious patio or access the pool or beach in less than 2 minutes. If we choose to play golf our beautiful 18 hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course clubhouse is a 10 minute walk. Once on the course we can play our favorite game along the beautiful 3.5 miles of beachfront. It just doesn't get any better than that!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Access to the beach, pool, and parking are only a few steps away from our condominium. Because of our convenient ground-floor location the temperature stays cooler during the day and is kept cool during the evening with ceiling fans and the ocean breezes that gently slip through the screen doors. For those who like it even cooler the central air conditioning system does an excellent job.
