This is a great house to have the whole family or a group of friends to get together in. This 3400 square foot house with four bedrooms and 2.5+ baths has enough room so you don't feel cramped. The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room, and living room is a wonderful warm space to entertain and hang out in. The large gourmet kitchen is a dream to cook in.
There are three bedrooms upstairs with two rooms with queen beds and one room with two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom and another 1/2 bathroom upstairs. All the rooms have super comfy mattresses. Downstairs is the large spacious master bedroom. The bedroom has a King sized bed with its own large bathroom that includes a spa tub.
A great house to entertain in. Great for two families. There is a dining room table that seats ten. A large fully equipped gourmet kitchen. A wet bar. There is a 50" flat screen TV with DVD player. The master bedroom is also equipped with a 26" flat screen TV.
The house is within easy access to what North Shore Lake Tahoe offers. Incline Village is only minutes away with restaurants, grocery store, and all the amenities of home. In the summer you have access to Incline Villages beaches and all the attractions that the lake offers. In winter you are within a twenty minutes of 3 great ski areas, sledding, tubing and winter fun.
You are just 40 minutes away from Reno and Reno Airport.

Our Family has always come up to Lake Tahoe since we were kids. It has always been a favorite spot for us. Whether skiing in the winter, swimming in the summer, or just enjoying the year round beautiful scenery and tranquility. We love Lake Tahoe! It is our place to get away!

This home was absolutely perfect for our annual snow get-away. We had a group of 11 people and fit very comfortably. The house has 2 full bathrooms, with another 1/2 bath both upstairs and downstairs, which was awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked and an awesome space to cook and converse in. We enjoyed the spacious backyard and was able to build a very nice sledding area, complete with forts, tunnels and a ramp for the kids to do sledding jumps off of - SO much fun. I loved the modern look and feel of the home and felt that the open and spacious floorplan of the upstairs space (kitchen, dining and family room) was truly perfect for our families to gather in to watch t.v., play games, eat and just have some good old family fun. Laundry room with drying rack and clothes baskets nice to have! Some extras we appreciated: plenty of tp, paper towels, garbage bags, cottonelle wipes, linens & extra pillows and blankets. It was nice that you could find flashlights throughout, just in case of an emergency. Shovels available in garage. We look forward to going back again in the near future, and truly recommend this home to all. The owners were very gracious and easy to work with, which made the overall experience that much more enjoyable.

This is a perfect home for two families to share. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything a chef needs. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around. A nice yard for snow play, sledding, and fort building. The WiFi worked beautifully and the enormous flat screen TV was a pleasure to watch. We hope to come back soon!
