We came in for a week of skiing and this property was better than we could have hoped for, room to roam, well equipped and incredibly clean! 5 Minutes from the Mountain House lifts and 10 minutes from Town. The owners were more than accomodating too, Kids loved this place and so did we!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail was most impeccable and the spacious living room, family room, kitchen, dining room table, and breakfast table was PLENTY of room for all 14 of us to eat and relax comfortably!! Everything you could possibly want or need was available. Nothing was left out! Even a first aid kit! Sleds, snow shoes, snow shovels, skis, zip loc bags, foil paper, parchment paper, paper towels, PLENTY of towel, I literally mean it when I say that everything we needed was available!! The owner of the home was also very pleasant to deal with. She never once complained when I called her a dozen times to ask her about things to do, where to go, or simply how to drive in the snow! In fact, if it weren't for her, we would not have made it to the home until 2 days later. It was her suggestion that encouraged us to drive through the night and try to beat the massive snow storm that was expected later in the day when we arrived. The freeways were shut down about an hour after we arrived and they were closed for two days! So, THANK YOU Holly, for all of your advice, understanding, and help during this trip! You truly are an amazing person!!! We loved your home so much that we are already planning Christmas break and possibly summer too! Thanks again for everything!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have stayed with 4 families in this home twice now, and have been incredibly impressed both times. We love the fully appointed kitchen, homey amenities, access to the mountain, and spaciousness. There is plenty of room for us all to spread out, and for all of us cooks to be happy in the kitchen! We are so appreciative of the owners warm welcome and helpfulness. We feel right at home here, and look forward to coming back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

love the house....lots of communal space which what we had going on over the week. perfect for families. rooms to get some quiet/rest in and still enough space/ rooms to have some activities, the kids played up stairs in the lofted areas, while the adults sipped wine in the media room. kitchen setup, hot tub and large dinning area were a big plus....seating for 10 around the big table, while the firplace kept us warm. i would go back for sure....Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

While the photos for this house are accurate, they do not do justice to how comfortable and luxurious this house actually feels. All of the linens were perfectly clean and of high quality. There is enough room for people to do their own thing and still feel like they are having time together--kids can splash in the hot tub while adults cook a meal with an eye on them, for example. We were delighted to find plenty of snowshoes to borrow in the garage, plenty of towels for use after the hot tub, a well-equipped kitchen, and a selection of DVDs and books to browse. I will be recommending this place to friends and family.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Our family just had a wonderful long weekend stay in this gorgeous and well-appointed home! The layout is perfect so one couple (in our case, the grandparents in the group) had more privacy in the first floor suite and the kids can stay up later or go to bed earlier upstairs. We used the hot tub a few times and it was so refreshing to be there right up against the mountains--what a view day or night! It was an easy drive to Breckenridge for some activities and is walking distance from shops in Keystone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This house far exceeded our expectations! We spent the Christmas Holiday with 16 people and enjoyed everything the house had to offer. This home is not only spacious but warm and comfortable. The kitchen and baths were fully stocked and the owner went above and beyond to make sure the home felt "Christmassy" for our children. The garage even had sleds for our children to use! Each bed had warm and comfortable bedding. The house is a short drive to the slopes and sits on a nicely wooded lot that feels very private while being close to town. I would rent this home in any season and be very excited to return! We would love to plan another trip to this amazing mountain get away in the future.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This Keystone house was clean, quiet and the pictures and description don't do it justice! The owner went out of her way to to accommodate and had great communication with us before, during and after our trip. Our mixed group of adults and children had a fun time exploring the area. So much to do in Summit County, especially right out your back door in the Keystone area. Enjoyed daily walks/hikes on the many trails and paths. The kids really liked being able to walk down the street to visit the horses at the nearby stable. Too many activities and not enough days...guess we will have to visit again soon!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We just got home from a beautiful 5-day stay at this spotless home! So much room to sprawl out-- kitchen fully equipped and scenic location. We enjoyed walking on the Keystone bike path that was a short jaunt down the road and on the more rustic path with access behind the home. We also spent a lot of time in the roomy hot tub and and enjoying the games (foosball) and movies available. We used the grill several times, mixed a few margaritas in the blender and fully relaxed. Beds were comfy and bathrooms had fluffy towels. City Market had all the groceries we needed. Also hit the zip line at Idaho Springs! The owner was very easy to work with and available for questions.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you! We are thankful to have had your family stay as guests and that you enjoyed our home! Hope to see you in Colorado again soon! Holly

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2006
About the owner: Our large family of 6 has spent many holidays and weekends at our Keystone home. We never want to leave as we love being in the Colorado mountains year round. We get to spend less and less time there and want to share this experience with others as well as keep the home for future visits! Love the outdoors and cuddling up with a blanket and a movie or a book. True relaxation happens here at Keystone for me and my family.
Why the Owner Chose Soda Ridge:
We bought this property because of it's location to Denver, Colorado. Only a 1 hour and 15 minute drive to peace and beauty!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Skiing, Snowboarding, Snowshoeing, Horse Back Riding, Tubing, Fishing, Hiking, Rafting, Golfing, Soaking in the Hot Tub and being able to cook a family meal in a beautiful kitchen while looking out at the mountain side are all reasons for staying at our home. The ski hill and ski school is less than 5 minutes drive. We back up to the National Forest so trails await. The keystone golf course(s) are 5 minutes drive as well and the bike and walking path that links the whole Summit County trail system is just minutes away too. Don't forget to check out the Factory Outlets in Dillon for some great shopping!
