The best prime location, watch world class surf outside directly in front of you! The beach is usually sandy and you can sit there in front of the house in your bach chair, except sometimes at high tide. But as you know, the beach and the ocean are ever-changing, sometimes the sand washes away and leaves a rocky landscape, then the sand comes back up again another day. Staying at this spot is an awe inspiring experience, so close to the Pacific Ocean!
All new furnishings, big deck, open living/kitchen area, 1 full bath (with tub), plus 1 bath with a shower only, also there is another outdoor shower. Private steps to the beach, 1 car garage, private laundry, sleeps 4, a queen bed in each bedroom. Super Clean! Bring your bathing suit and toothbrush!

This place was perfect for a relaxing vacation. Very clean & really comfortable. Away from the crowds in downtown Laguna, but short walking distance to many great restaurants! The view from the house, incredible. The beach was at our doorstep. Everyday, we watched surfers and paddle boarders play in the waves. My son was even visited by a seal when swimming. The roar of the ocean lulls you to sleep at night. We will return! Mary & Rico
