Located in "the best place to live" in America, as rated by Money Magazine, our home is nearly 3,500 square feet and is laid out in a way where one large family or two smaller ones will have plenty of space and room.
This home is in Lafayette which is located approximately two miles from historic downtown Louisville in Boulder County, where there's a small town feel with wonderful shops, nightlife and restaurants. It is also just 10 miles from Boulder, Colorado. Boulder has everything you want from a big city, with world-class restaurants, a major university and an abundance of cultural events, but still feels like a community. Our house is also about 45 minutes from skiing at the Eldora Ski Resort.
This home is a great home for families. You can enjoy the finished basement with skeet ball and ping pong. The backyard has a play structure, covered dining area and a jetted hot tub. There is a piano for those that enjoy making music together and video games for those who like to play. This property is located near Waneka Lake with a biking/walking trail to the lake, park, playground and basketball courts. It's fully equipped with everything you may need or want.
Also, the home has hardwood and carpet, beautiful furnishings, artwork, a full kitchen and a large fenced yard. Our home is very comfortable and we know you'll enjoy your stay.

Hello! We chose to buy this home because of its great location. We love to hike and bike on local trails and around the lake. We also enjoy being close to skiing, downtown Louisville and the restaurants and shops in Boulder.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is very family friendly, which has always been a priority for us. We have a play structure in the back yard and there is a park with a playground nearby. The basement is also finished, so there is plenty of playroom for the kids. The size of this house is nice because there is enough room for everyone.

Thank you so much for letting some Bulldawg fans come and stay in your home. We had a great time! A couple of us took a hot air balloon ride from Boulder to just by Storagetek-awsome! Then we also went to Estes Park, visited some breweries-loved Left Hand. Spent a good amount of time in Boulder too. Too bad the Dawgs couldn't come up with the win, but the CU fans were great. Hope to be back out here soon!
