Beautifully furnished Palm Desert home on the 5th fairway of the Oasis Country Club is available for rent in the Winter months for the first time in FOUR YEARS.
Monthly rentals get the FREE USE of the owners Electric Golf Cart.
This home features two master bedrooms (two queen size beds), Sunroom (solarium) with fountain off of the main bedroom. We have a home office that acts as a third bedroom with a sleeper sofa and an air mattress in case guests spend the night.
There is a two car attached finished garage where the washer and dryer are located with lots of storage cabinets and a ceiling fan to keep cool.
In the living room we have lots of seating on very comfortable furniture (especially the Lazyboy recliner). There is a Widescreen HD LCD Sony Vega television with Time Warner cable television, Verizon FIOS broadband Wireless internet service and phone Service (with Free Local and Long Distance calling).
The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance and stainless steel cookware. All of the dishes and glassware were purchased to match.
In the hallways and master bath are solar tubes that bring in natural lighting during the day.
The covered patio with ceiling fan, rope accent lighting and fountain is my favorite place to be... morning or night.

My wife and I purchased this home in 2005 because we loved the position of the backyard patio as all of the wonderful morning sun fills the living room. We would sit outside and drink coffee in the morning and relax as we would watch the early morning golfer try to drive the 5th green. We're sure that you will enjoy the same wonderful mornings here as this can be your home away from home.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium - End Unit
Once you stay here you will enjoy the comfortable furnishings and the light decor to give you the "desert vacation feel". The Patio is the best as it is large and covered with an outdoor remote controlled fan and rope lighting. Off the master bedroom is an enclosed "solarium" that has a fountain for a nice relaxing ambience. You will be able to see more picture at our website ... just follow the attached link.
