This 1500 square foot, oversized, corner, two bedroom three bathroom deluxe unit is located near the base of the Winter Park Ski Resort in the Iron Horse Complex. You can ski in and out of the back door to the complex.
The kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is even a wet bar. You won't be disappointed! There is plenty of space at the dining room table and the overflow seating at the kitchen island is handy.
The Murphy bed in the living room is queen sized and can be stored away nicely when it's not in use. Enjoy the flat screen TV, gas fireplace and leather sofas.
There are two master bedrooms in the unit, each with a king bed. One room can actually be used as a lock out as it contains a small refrigerator, a 2 burner stove and a TV. The second bedroom is simply huge! Along with its king sized bed, you will find a double bed with a twin bunk above it, a large shower, jetted whirlpool tub and separate toilet. The flat screen TV in this bedroom is even bigger than the living room TV! Oh and don't forget there is one more bathroom in the hall.
The Winter Park base area village is a short ski/walk/car ride away! There, you will find some great restaurants and shopping.

Why the Owner Chose Iron Horse
We had two little kids and it was so safe and easy to get to and from the slopes without having to hassle driving, drop off and parking and walking in ski boots.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Being off the ski trail is the best ... we are at the base in just a few minutes and no need to warm up and load the car! If anyone got hungry, cold or tired we had the option of going in to a resort lodge or coming back to the condo without loosing any ski time. At the end of the day, when everyone was beat, and dealing with a car, snow and traffic was the last thing anyone wanted to do - we were already home! We love that we always had time for a Jacuzzi or swim before dinner and never felt rushed. It was always a real vacation and not a lot of work.

When I met my husband I was a true blue skier but knew right a way that if I ever wanted to spend time with him I would need to step up the game ... we are now a family of skiers who all love The Jane ... all three kids were on the Winter Park freestyle ski team and can now rip with the best of them. We love our condo because we have a place for grandpa and cousins to come and visit us.
