If anyone is looking for a great vacation spot in the Orlando Area - Regal Palms is the place to stay. We arrived on March 29th around lunch time and were allowed to use all the amenities even though we couldn't get our room until 4:00 p.m as this is a policy of the resort. I can't say enough about this condo unit that Terry & Charlene have. It was very clean and updated from top to bottom. It had amazing stainless steel appliances and high efficiency washer and dryer, updated matresses, updated carpet and our own BBQ. We shared this unit with friends who also had 2 children. There was plenty of room for the 4 adults and 4 kids. It was amazing that all the rooms had it's own flat screen tv which allowed everyone their own space or could watch what they needed. The main living area was plenty big and had a dining room table that could accomodate us eating together. With the 3 1/2 bathrooms it allowed everyone to get ready without having to wait in the mornings. We talked to several other guests in Regal Palms and their units were a little outdated to what we had The work that Terry & Charlene have done is clearing seen. Regal Palms is in a great locations if you want to do more than just Disney. We found it very central as we took a drive twice to Daytona Beach, Clearwater Beach and Cocoa Beach. The boys also were able to watch two Tampa Bay hockey games and found it was just overr an hour drive. It was nice to be just outside the Orlando area as it was nice and quiet. I found we were able to get to the Disney parks in less than 20 minutes. There was lots of shopping just 5-10 minutes away. I found the resort very safe and great for kids of all ages. The lazy river, water slide, pool and beach volleyball court kept the kids big and small very busy. There was plenty of seating around the pools if you wanted to just lay around and relax. It was nice that music was always planning. If you want to get your hair braided there were ladies that did it right at the resort that was very reasonable. The resort also had a tiki bar near the pool for anyone who wants afternoon cocktails. If you are planning your next vacation this is the place to be. We stayed from March 29-April 9, 2012 Thanks again Terry & Charlene for making our trip amazing!!!!!

This condo was great. Very large with plenty of rooms. The pools on the property were a blast for the kids. We stayed at the condo for a week visiting the Disney Parks. I would recommend this condo. Owner of the condo was great to work with.

My family of 4 stayed here for a week in February...We had a fantastic time!!! There was more than enough room in the condo for everyone and very clean. The resort staff was helpful in every way, including booking us tickets to Disneyworld. My kids loved the pool and waterslide and the lazy river was also a hit with our toddler. We can't wait to stay here again. Thank you Terry and Charlene for letting us rent your vacation home. We will for sure book with you again!!!

Our family had an incredible vacation this past January! The layout of the house was perfect to accommodate both families! With 4 one year old babies and a 3 year old you need to have the space! From arrival to the end of our trip we didn't have any problems with the house or the resort! It was well maintained and very clean - loved the brand new appliances too! We set up camp almost everyday at the pool area and spent our day enjoying the water slide, lazy river and the hot tub. The kids (and adults) had a blast! We found the restaurant at the resort to be quite handy for lunches - good food and not over priced at all. The kids also enjoyed the nice big bathtub in the master ensuite! The resort is located close to Disney and Universal which is quite convenient too! After a long day at the parks you don't have to worry about a long drive back - especially with exhausted babies! Shopping, groceries, good restaurants were all close by too! All in all we had a perfect vacation!! Thanks to Terry and Charlene for letting us stay at their vacation house. Can't wait to come back next year!

Thanks so much Terry and Charlene for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home. It was clean and well maintained. There were a couple of things we needed that we had to ask for and we were amazed and thrilled with how quickly and attentively our needs were met. We even got a call from the owners the day we arrived to make sure everything was in order and to see to our needs. Have never experienced such good customer service. I have recommended your place to others and will continue to. We LOVED the pool area also. We had a group that included a 6 year old through a 71 year old and ALL ages enjoyed the water slide! We got some great photos of my very reserved mother-in-law coming down the slide with her arms up in the air. GREAT MEMORIES were made! Thanks again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were awesome and we loved the space! We were very busy so we didn't take full advantage of the facility, but what we saw of it and the little we utilized it, we did enjoy it. Also, we were very pleased to see the security on site and felt very safe.

The whole resort was very nice. Great location to visit any of the attractions. We went to Sea World, Discovery Cove, Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios so the place worked out great. The updated appliances work perfect for to to cook breakfast and dinner.

We really loved our vacation! The pool was wonderful, very clean and the on-site staff was great. The rental home was wonderful. 5 TVs, 4 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms! Big -more than enough room for our group of 9. We are planning to stay there again! So much thanks to the owners for being so accomodating.

My family spent nine days at this property in September 2011. Great house with lots of room and very clean. All the bedrooms have flat panel LCD TV's with lots of chanels.It also has four bathrooms which was incredible. The pool area is very nice and was not crowded when we were there.There is a nice restaurant and spa on the property. Terry , the owner, was prompt in answering all emails and gave us a great deal for our vacation.It was a pleasure staying at his home away from home! PS..The beds are super comfortable, which I have not experienced in most of my stays elsewhere!

The stay was fantastic! We stayed at this townhome for 1 week and it was better than we could imagine. We only had 2 of us in this huge townhome, so there was a lot of room, but you could comfortably have 8 people stay here no problem. It was our honeymoon and the owners were very thoughtful and had a honeymoon present ready as soon as we walked in. They made sure that everything for our stay was perfect and told us never to hesitate to contact them if there was a problem. There were nice flat screen TVs throughout the house. We had great night sleeps on the very comfy king bed in the master bedroom. The resort was beautiful and made it nice to sit and relax by the bar and pool on those days we didn't feel like going to any theme parks. The staff at the resort was very helpful and made everyone feel welcome. The resort is a short drive away from Disney and there are a couple really nice restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Orlando; we will be going back again!!!

The unit is very roomy and clean. We stayed at the resort with our basketball travel team and had a chance to see other units at the resort and I have to say that this unit is decorated nicely and very well taken care of. It is in walking distance to the pool. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. The owners are organized and informative, a pleasure to do business with.

We just returned from a 10-day stay at this fabulous townhome and found that there was plenty of room for a group of 6. The owners were very responsive in the booking process and work hard to explain and accommodate our requests. Do be prepared to buy all necessaties for the home. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, flat screen tvs throughout--the whole family could either watch tv together or what each one wanted in their own rooms. But tv wasn't watched much as the resort has a great pool complex that kept us all entertained and it's open to 11 p.m. Food was reasonably priced; tiki bar at the pool with daily specials; great slide and lazy river (although short) and you must take your own floats. Overall, one of the best places I've stayed in Florida!

My daughter and I had a great stay in the condo...almost too much room for two, but offers lots of space for two small families or 1 large brood. Extremely clean and provides all the basic amenities to make your stay enjoyable including a T.V. in every room. Having the full kitchen and all the necessities to make your own meals is a great advantage to this unit. The complex is located next door to a grocery story, liquor store, gas station, drug store and a small assortment of restaurants including Applebee's (family restaurant). The complex is also located only a short drive to a major highway where there is an abundance of choice in restaurants. The pool area in the complex is really nice and a great place to relax after a day out at the Parks. The lazy river is perfect for a family of young kids. I certainly would recommend this townhouse unit to those who just want to get away from the overpriced and crowded hotel complexes.

we just returned from a 6 month stay at this resort....Terry & Char just bought the unit from the previous owner and I must say they are a treat to deal with....they made such wonderful improvements and asked for our suggestion's and acted on them immediately..All of the mattresses in the house have been replaced with pillow tops and are heavenly, they replaced 4 of the 5 TV's with wonderful flat screens and also they also put in decent pots and pans....and a few other appliances in the kitchen...the resort is close to Disney and it is great for kids lots of water activities...the staff at the resort are great and very helpful...a great place to use as a base for a vacation in the Orlando area, all of the attractions, are within a 20 min drive!!!
