This third floor (stairs only)condo home is over 1300 square feet with three bedrooms and three full baths. It has been completely re-furbished. This is a great opportunity for savings! The condo features a secluded bedroom and bath at the top of a spiral stair that affords a private balcony with a wonderful view.
There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a full and a queen bed in the second bedroom and a queen in the bedroom upstairs. Also, we have a queen fold out sofa in the living room, so there's plenty of room for all!
Along with the main floor balcony, both views of the Gulf of Mexico include tiled roof beach homes, giving it a Mediterranean feel. In addition, the master bedroom also has a private balcony.
Spacious and accommodating, comfort is always welcome after an exciting day at the beach building sand castles or exploring the 22 miles of off-road beach to the north.
P.S. This is the one we remodeled to live in, until our plans were changed. Very nice.

This property has lavish gardens and plenty of room to leisurely stroll while the waves whisper in the background. The views are fantastic and the location is away from the “party zone”, making it great for families with young children.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This condo home has mini can lighting, lots of room, three private balconies, and large screen TV’s in all rooms, with a 42” HD Flat Screen in the living room. We stayed here during the Ike hurricane of Houston in 2008 and really enjoyed ourselves.

I first visited the beaches of South Padre Island while on a business trip to near by Brownsville in the early 70’s, and have been trying to figure out how to move to the are ever since. My family loves the beach, the wildlife, and the naturally occurring pastel colors. The water is almost always clear with varying degrees of blues, greens, and turquoise. The ocean breezes make the island cooler than the surrounding land masses and the activities interest visitors of all ages, origins, and life styles. And the people are so friendly. The beaches are well manicured and the town is very clean. Living in the South Padre Island area is a “dream come true”!
