Views, views, views! This is a charming 1925 Spanish home with ocean views from the living room, reading room, dining room, and kitchen. The house has original hardwood floors, a cathedral ceiling, fireplace, upgraded kitchen, and French doors in both bedrooms that overlook a Spanish courtyard with fountain. It has a comfortable, Provencal feel and is located near Marina del Rey and 5 minutes from the freeway, allowing complete access to the entire Los Angeles region and coastline as well as a cozy retreat. It accommodates four easily with one bathroom. There is a rooftop deck with a panoramic view of the Santa Monica Bay from Malibu to Palos Verdes and Catalina Island. A bike path for the coastline is one block away in front of the house and there is a view of local surfing and windsurfing.
The home is near LAX and has been completely soundproofed which means it is also quiet from any other noises as well. There is a guesthouse in the back of the property with a separate entrance. There is great shopping nearby in Manhattan Beach, Culver City and Santa Monica as well as cinema, restaurants and local theatre.
