Enjoy ocean view's of Rockport's famous twin lighthouses and walk to one of Rockport's best beaches in just 5 minutes. This amazing 5 bedroom vacation home allows you to sit anywhere on the main floor or deck and enjoy incredible ocean views of the Atlantic and Thatcher's Island with its twinkling lighthouses. Contemporary in style, this multi-level home has a two story glass walled living room and open floor plan with a living room with 2 sliders onto an expansive deck, dining area, modern kitchen, and a full bath with shower.
Above the living room is a large loft, open to the same views, which houses a king size bed, a large sofa and an entertainment center. On the second level below, is the master bedroom and master bath complete with oversized jacuzzi tub and seperate shower. Another queen bedroom as well as a laundry room are also on this level.
On the lowest level are the two bunkbed bedrooms, with another full bath with shower. Our property is minutes away by car from famous Bear Skin Neck, and is available weekly from May through September, and seasonally from September through May.
Come enjoy all that the fabulous Cape Ann has to offer, whether it is swimming, sunbathing, shopping, whale watches, local museums and art galleries, and of course the local seafood. Our home is a short distance to the Commuter train into Boston.
