Two story home with a breathtaking view of the valley and the city. The view is panoramic-a 330 degree view. You can see from Black Mountain and into I-515 towards Boulder City, sweeping across Henderson, Sunrise Mountain, Downtown, and the Strip to Mandalay Bay.
The home is set upon a great location. Two minutes to I-215 and three minutes to I-515 and I-95. You can get to the strip, downtown and Lake Mead in 15 minutes, while enjoying the tranquility, convenience and lower crime rates of Henderson living! And, you are walking distance from a recreational park that boasts a baseball field, basketball court, tennis courts, playground, dancing waters, picnic tables, rest rooms, dog run, jogging, walking, and bicycle trails. If you wanted to, you could even walk through one of the trails that leads to the Fiesta Casino where you can catch a movie, enjoy cuisine, other activities and, of course, gamble.
The front of the home is architecturally pleasing and shows off a tropical garden that includes a waterfall, a stream, and a fish and plant pond stocked with Koi, comets, shy-bonkins, and gold fish. It has a three-car garage.
The backyard is also a tropical paradise with dozens of palms and plant life, a bistro courtyard with a lion head fountain and a barbecue. There is a stucco patio with tall ceilings and wide arched columns, lanterns and ceiling fans. A 500 SF three story balcony with spectacular views, ceiling mounted swing, spiral staircase and observation deck soars above it. There is also a rock-deck and pool combo, integrated into one. The pool has a 120 square foot cave that is 8 feet tall and has two 4-foot wide waterfalls. Inside the cave there is an above ground spa with 72 jets, a waterfall, a misting system, a sophisticated lighting system that constantly changes colors, and a superb sound system that includes a CD player. Inside the cave there is also a fogging system that adds to the eerie quality of the cave environment. You can sit on the cave floor and watch and feel the 8 ft waterfall spray in front of you.
The rockscape pool is in the shape of an L and to each side of it drapes a 8 foot waterfall. To one side of the pool there is a spa area with swirling turbo jets for your back and feet and a stone cocktail table to enjoy your choice of refreshments or snacks. You can sit and relax while the second 8 foot waterfall sprays you and the kaleidoscopic lights heighten your senses. To the other side there is a bench seat that stands below the waterfall where you sit and get drenched by it. There are also four swim jets to aid you with your exercise routine. Swim against the bubbly current! And as if that wasn't enough, the pool has a self-cleaning system. To top it off, there are kaleidoscopic lights to each side that change constantly or can be set to your favorite color. There is also a fogging system that surrounds the whole pool and cave area and gives the environment an eerie quality. Aside from the fact that it keeps you nice and cool.
Inside, the home has a grand entryway, custom painted with an architectural treatment that is faux painted over beautiful oak floors. The walls have large picture windows with stain glass film treatments and composite wood blinds. The stairway is all maple and is semi-circular, giving a true dramatic view to the foyer. This room encompasses a foyer, dining and living area combined with a beautiful hardwood floor. To the left is the downstairs master, a great option for those who can't or don't want to climb stairs. This room is 21' x 13' and has a plush carpet, custom paint and a stain glass chandelier. The bathroom in this suite has Travetine floors, a garden tub and shower. The room has a plush Kingsize bed and 56" Sony TV.
There is Travetine through the kitchen and dinette area and there is hardwood in the family room area. The kitchen cabinets are tall maple wood with all the hardware and the counters are granite. There is large lighted pantry and a chandelier. There is a center island with a breakfast counter and chairs. There is also a china cabinet equipped with a 12 setting Noritake China set for those special or not so special occassions.
The master bedroom suite is large and has a seating area with a bay window, vaulted ceilings, and French double doors leading to the three story balcony. The seating area has a loveseat and ottoman. The master bath is large and has Travetine floors. There is an oversized Jacuzzi brand tub with a picture window that shows the view of the city. Beside it is a separate shower stall with therapy sprays. The three story balcony shades the master suite without obstructing the view and is 32' x 9'. There is a bench hanging swing that overlooks most of the valley, a table with two chairs, ceiling fans and lighting, and a firepit for those cozy nights. There is a spiral staircase that leads to the sun deck which itself is 20' x 9'. From that vantage point almost all of the valley can be seen. The view is breathtaking 330 degree view of the Vegas Valley. Plus you can access the roof of the house without a ladder.
There are two additional rooms and which share one additional bath with travetine floors. One room has a kingsize bed and two bunk beds, and the other room has a queen bed and a maple wood computer station with plenty of storage. All windows are covered in 2" wood composite blinds and the whole upstairs, except for the bathrooms, is covered in a light colored, multi-speckled upgraded carpet.
All rooms have upgraded ceiling fans.

The backyard is also tropical with a rock-scape that includes an L shaped pool that has a 120 SF Cave draped by two seven foot waterfalls. Inside the cave there is a 72 jet spa with its own waterfall and LED Lights. The pool has its own spa with rotating back and foot jets. It also has swim jets. In addition, there is a large three level balcony off of French doors in the master bedroom. From there you can see the whole Las Vegas Valley including the strip, downtown, and all of the mountain ranges. There is a spectacular view of Black Mountain.

This location is conveniently located by two major highways that will take you anywhere in the state and beyond. It is also conveniently located for relaxed gaming. You can walk to the Fiesta and drive a short distance to Green Valley Station or Sunset Station. And if you want to enjoy the lake, it is 23 minutes away. If you like hiking, Black Mountain is less than a mile away.
