Los Palmas Villas is a gated enclave of 8 homes and condos are privately owned and operated by an experienced US developer and are built to US specs. The four detached homes are 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom 2 bath and the condos are large 1 bedroom villas with a private "palo de arco" covered patio all are within this private gated community and are adjacent the pool and palapa areas all units have either private garages with automatic garage door openers or covered off street car parking. Los Palmas Villas has a full time maintenance person and gardener on staff.
The property is located in one of the nicest areas in La Paz and 2 blocks to the newest and private hospitals in La Paz and is fantastic the price is only $25 for a 24 hour emergency room visit and there is also a 24 hour pharmacy.
All homes are kept up to professional standards inside and out and are tastefully decorated. Homes come with all amenities such as covered Palo De Arco patios, stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, washer / dryer, zone A/C systems. Free airport pick up and drop off is included in our late model 9 passenger fully air conditioned Suburban. Maid service is available.
We have boats available to our guests as bare boat to qualified persons or captained charters: 41’ Morgan Outer Island Ketch, 34 Cal that sleeps 6 and a 40’ Twin diesel custom sports fisher that sleeps 8 all boats are priced 10% off normal our rates to our guests and are professionally maintained and have all of the equipment included such as kayaks sport fishing gear, and snorkeling equipment and come complete with linens and towels as well.

About the owner: I am from Southern California my passion is the ocean. I love to fish, dive, snorkle, wave runners, surf, wake board. La Paz is all I ever wanted in terms of a nice place to live. Now with the world getting so much smaller with the help of the Internet, Vonage phone service, UPS and a local international airport that has daily 2 hour flights to LA I can live here full time in my dream city but yet keep a life and a business in the US as I own a Brewery/Restaraunt since 1995. I am a General Contractor I live on property and have a plumbing and distrubution company in La Paz. and Sea Scape Charters a bare boat charter business
Why the Owner Chose La Paz:
I fell in love with La Paz my first visit in 1995. If you are a water person and enjoy the ocean and all that it has to offer, there is no better place than La Paz. The Islands are absolutely exquisite and are very close to shore and the fishing, diving and kayaking is world class.
What really makes La Paz the best in addition to all of its natural resources are its people. You will not find in this world more nicer. La Paz in English means "Peace". If that is what you want in a vacation or a permanent residence that is what you are going to get. La Paz now has the bragging rights to some fantastic and reasonably priced Mexican, Italian, French, American, Seafood, Steak, restaurants; we also have a mall with a 15 theatre megaplex with first run English speaking movies with Spanish subtitles. The city just spent 6 million dollars on the 5 mile walkway along the ocean equipped with tile flooring, statues, and bench seating. You must come down to experience La Paz.
