I am a retired professional with a studio apartment off the rec room of my home. I am 15 minutes from Pearl Street in downtown Boulder and frequently ride my bicycle into town (7 miles.) Interests include hiking, biking, birding, and classical music. Happy to share information with you while you're staying here.

This location offers the safe and quiet of Lafayette, and is still only minutes from Boulder. I am 35 minutes from Downtown Denver, and 1 1/2 hours from Rocky Mountain National Park. It's a great location!

This unit is ideally situated for a visit to Boulder. Adjacent to open space and the Indian Peaks Golf Course, there are many walking and biking opportunities right from the door. Wake up to birds and crickets in the spring and summer. Grocery stores and restaurants are a 5 minute drive away. The unit is fully furnished and stocked for your breakfast needs. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood, and the unit has good soundproofing and heating. There is a large window. The unit is bright a cheery, and is new construction.
