Today it is completely renovated and boasts modern conveniences: washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, and a TV and DVD player. Neighbors live on the three floors above.
It is an ideal location for couples, families traveling with children, or groups of friends, who want an authentic experience of life in Spain.
If you are planning a Spain vacation and you are unfamiliar with Cadiz, you will be pleased with the discovery. You will find, as we did, that Cadiz is full of charm and character. It is also a great jumping off point for day trips to Tarifa (sailboarding), Gibralter, Jerez (Sherry capital), Costa de la Luz (beaches), Pueblos Blancos (White Towns, such as Ronda), Sevilla and other great sights.
The apartment is on a quiet street (if you've ever been to Spain, you'll know how special that is).

Why the Owner Chose Cadiz
My family spent a year in Cadiz in 2000-2001 and fell in love with the city. We thought we might eventually spend some of our time during retirement there.
