Why the Owner Chose Mission Hills Country Club
Being able to own a custom home like this one was one of our accomplished dreams. The Mission Hills Country Club community includes such privileges as: a golf course, tennis courts, the security of a gated community and the prestige of its name. The location of this property was very appealing to us because of its beauty as well as its central location near various entertainment and dinning hot-spots. It is only an hour and a half drive from Orange County and a two hour drive from Los Angeles.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This south-facing property is located on the golf course, making our property a golfer's paradise. The private pool and spa allow the kids and to swim and play all day and night with constant supervision through the floor to ceiling windows that cover the south side of the property which overlook the backyard, as well as the golf course and beautiful mountains. For day and evening entertainment alike there are various close-by attractions such as “the River,” the 'El Paseo' shopping district where you can find fine restaurants, a theater, as well as high-end shopping. Other activities include: balloon rides, hiking, 'Living Zoo' and Knott's Soak City Water Park.

As a BUSY family with three children, this home is our getaway. With breathtaking views from the master bedroom, kitchen, family room, breakfast area and living room, we enjoy the inside of this custom furnished home as much as we enjoy the outside. We love spending the whole day swimming in the pool, relaxing with a book on the Baja Ledge, and barbecuing. Our little kids think that this house IS paradise. We love entertaining our family and friends in this gorgeous home. The views of the open golf course and the mountains give us the feeling that we are the only people in this city, but it only takes a 10 minute drive to be in the middle of the finest dining, shopping and entertainment areas. The warmth of the sun in beautiful Rancho Mirage allows us to enjoy this property year round, especially during the winter months when everywhere else is too cold. We love this house and we hope that you would enjoy it and take care of it as much as we do.

Wow! Every year a small group of my women friends meet in the Palm Springs area for a reunion get away weekend. We usually pick a new home so it will always be a new adventure but after staying in Carol's amazing home I think we are now too spoiled to try any other place. The interior of the home was beautiful and the backyard even better. We spent so much of our time in the pool, watching the golfers play right in front of us and just enjoying the incredible mountain views. Thank you Carol, we will be returning next year!!!

Me and my family spent a long weekend at this brand new luxury home. The view of the golf course in the morning is just absolutely gorgeous; the spacious home was so comfortable, a very nice pool with jacuzzi ,the feeling was like being at five stars hotel, we immediately fell into extreme modes of relaxation, peace and tranquility, a very spacious and comfortable accommodations, large kitchens and tables to all gather around ,we highly recommend the place?

Thank you so much Carol, we had such a wonderful vacation! Your house was so amazingly beautiful and comfortable. We loved all of your decor and the kitchen was so well stocked that I was able to cook a really nice Easter dinner....every utensil was there.
