La Residenza is located in the heart of Naples Historical Center. Thanks to its cultural and artistic worth, The UNESCO has accredited the city with its highest prize as the world’s patrimony. Within walking distance from Naples most interesting artistic sites: Caravaggio, San Gennaro’s Treasure at the Duomo, 300 meters. From San Gregorio Armeno (world famous for its nativity sets), Greek and Roman and archeological sites, San Lorenzo’s and San Domenico Maggiore’s Basilica, the San Severo Chapel (with Sammartino’s Veiled Christ). Our new apartment is finely furnished and it is inside a very elegant condominium; on the third floor, 130 square meters, for a maximum of six people. It offers two bedrooms with double beds, another bedroom with pull out beds (twin beds), kitchen completely equipped, sitting room, two bathrooms one with tub and the other one with shower, laundry room. The flat is equipped with air conditioning, heating, free broadband wireless internet, a flat-screen television in every room, Sky Pay TV, kitchen tools and accessories, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, bed linen and towels, electronic safe. At guest reception, elevator and private garage (at extra costs).

Our family of six stayed at this property for one week. It was clean and spacious with enough room for us all. The check in and check out process with Gino was easy and efficient. The property is located in the historical district so many sights are within easy walking distance. However, this area of Naples can seem louder and dirtier than other areas of Naples so be prepared. Our family enjoyed the area but others may not. Gino told us a metro station will be opening shortly near the apartment which will be great. We used the metro several times and it was wonderful. Very clean and with modern art installments in the stations.

We just came back from our trip in IT. We stayed in this Napoli apartment for 4 nights. This place is located about 15-20 minutes from the main train station by walking. Or you can take a taxi (costs about 7 euros). It's located very close to Napoli Duomo. And we also walked to take boat to Capri and Naples National Archaeological Museum. The apartment is very clean, well-maintained. There were only 4 of us, but it will hold 6 comfortably. Once you walk inside the building, you will feel like a totally different world. The whole building must just have a major renovataion. It has a fairly big elevator and it's important when you travel with you luggages. It's very quiet in the night, I had best sleep in this trip. Gion, the owner was very kind. He was on time when he met us for the first time and when we checked out (we asked to meet him 6:30 in the morning). Gino, the owner was very nice to contact. He always replied my emails. He was on time to show us the apartment and when we checked out (6:30 in the morning). He also called a taxi for us to send us to the airport. We had a very nice stay overall.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
