This home offers a wonderful covered lower deck and balcony, an upper deck, walls of windows looking out to the dune and a great view of the golf course lake and Gulf from the upper balcony and dining area. The first floor has two bedrooms, bath and a convenience bar are with an under counter refrigerator and microwave. Upstairs you'll find the main living area with large open spaces and high ceilings, the master bedroom with private bath, office area with futon, and a half bath. Both floors open out onto spacious balconies complete with outdoor furniture to enjoy the privacy of the dune area. In total, there are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths for 10 guests maximum. Sleeping accommodations include two queens, two sets of twin bunks, and an office area with fold down futon.
Amenities include wireless internet, fish cleaning station on the ground level, covered parking, outdoor shower. All linens provided. Washer & dryer. Charcoal grill. Rates do not include cleaning, taxes, or fees.
