My townhouse is one of the 20 units in "Villas of La Montana" a beautifully designed development 1.5 blocks from Fountain Park and downtown Fountain Hills (see map for location and relation to other landmarks in Fountain Hills). Directly outside the kitchen and family room is a private patio which looks over the beautiful swimming pool of the development.
The townhouse is 2,210 square feet on two floors. In the first floor is a large living/dining room. The kitchen has granite countertops and attractive cabinets. It looks over the family room which has a large high definition flat screen TV with DVD and CD player. The balance of the first floor contains a half bath, a laundry room, and a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a large master bath containing a roman spa/tub and a separate stall shower. All bathrooms have granite countertops and high quality tile. A two car garage can be directly entered from the first floor.
The second floor contains three bedrooms and a bath with tub/shower combination. The largest bedroom is furnished exactly as the master bedroom downstairs (both have flat screen TVs with DVD players). One bedroom is furnished as a den/office with a desk and a futon couch (which folds down into a full bed). All four bedrooms (including the den/office) have walk-in closets. One can see the fountain when it goes off from the unit's second floor. The rooms contain various wall hangings including photographs taken by a local photographer of the Fountain Hills area.
Fountain Hills
The town of Fountain Hills is located just east of Scottsdale and the Mayo Clinic (see map). It is surrounded by majestic mountains, parks, and the Sonoran Desert. Attractive, upscale homes are built throughout the hills. There are spectacular mountain views from almost anywhere in Fountain Hills. Beautiful landscaping is everywhere.
The world famous fountain and lake in Fountain Park and the attractive retail area downtown are the focus of the town. Surrounding downtown are luxury townhouses and condominiums. Fountain Hills has a small town, friendly feel, but is only minutes to the famous shopping of Scottsdale. Fountain Hills has five golf courses within its limits as well as several community parks, which have a total of six lighted tennis courts. The Fort McDowell Casino is on the edge of town.
Just to the north of Fountain Hills is the McDowell Regional Park with wonderful hiking and mountain biking. Just to the west of town is the Fountain Hills McDowell Mountain Preserve (partly owned by the City of Scottsdale) which has several hiking trails with great views.

Why the Owner Chose Fountain Hills
My description of Fountain Hills explains its many benefits which I enjoy. It is an extension of Scottsdale, but feels like a small town.
Fountain runs every hour on the hour from 8am to 9pm. Wonderful walking and jogging path around lake (1.2 miles)

I am a real estate investor from St. Louis, MO. My father grew up in Flagstaff, AZ. My family and I love coming to Arizona and look forward to spending time in Fountain Hills. My plan as an investor is to rent this unit whenever possible and I look forward to other people enjoying it.

Great Townhouse in Great Location

Four of us guys spent a week in this townhouse for a wonderful week of golf and fun. The townhouse worked great with each of us having our own bedroom. The location was great,very quit and we still could walk a block or two to get to grocery store,restaurants ect. Some of the areas best golf courses are within 3-5 miles. The complex has a very nice pool and a great hot tub that at least 10 people can fit in. We look forward to next spring and another great week.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
