The Basement/Media Room, equipped with Cinema surround sound, Play Station II, a Foosball Table, and a Ping-Pong Table, will provide plenty of non-lake entertainment for the youngsters or will be the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy your favorite movie.
Do you prefer reading or chatting it up with friends and family? Then you will love the Coffee House style Sun Room complete with Espresso machine- my favorite room of the house!
Maybe you enjoy gourmet dining? The oversized Dining Room (even for this size home) will more than accommodate all of your guests. Does your family like to start the day with a lazy, late morning, relaxed breakfast? Then gather around the huge farm table for a good 'ol southern breakfast in the Breakfast Room!
But what are you really here for? Lake Murray of course! You will love relaxing in the shade that the Old Willow offers the large Stationary Dock while the kids swim and play on the Floating Dock. The Floating Dock will accommodate 2 boats and the water is about 10-12 feet deep at its end. Our cove is protected and quiet which is wonderful for swimming and "floatillas" without the worries of boat traffic.
Finish your day with a game or two of backyard basketball and then fall into your comfy bed made with exceptionally Fine Linens. (One King, one Queen, two Double/Full, one Double/Full Futon, and one standard size Crib). This home is located less than 20 minutes to Downtown Columbia. Over 50 Restaurants and Columbia's nicest mall are within a 5 mile radius. Golf Courses abound! Tennis is huge in this area at local Rec. Centers and Public Parks. Within the neighborhood is also a boat ramp and storage- no need to make a trip to the public landing if you bring your own boat! It is an ideal location for someone who also may be interested in a long term Lake Murray Rental.
