YOU WILL LOVE THIS 5 bedroom 3 bath FAMILY FUN CABIN. SUPER CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING IN BRIAN HEAD. SKI-IN SKI-OUT!! SNOWMOBILE-IN SNOWMOBILE-OUT!! FOUR WHEEL-IN AND FOUR WHEEL-OUT!! The front door is less than a minute from the newest lift! You can ski home for lunch. Ski and snowmobile rentals are across the street about a minute away. Snowmobile OR FOUR WHEEL right from the driveway, with hundreds of miles of trails. This newly remodeled cabin has it all, hot tub, pool table, 2 big screen TVs, 2 gas stove fireplaces.
The 3 new bathrooms are gorgeous. The very large kitchen seats 15 people. There is a living room downstairs with a big screen TV and two couches, and a huge family room above the garage with a huge big screen TV, three couches (one is a sofa bed) and a beautiful pool table. You can separate the adults from the kids if you want. We have a large DVD library and Direct TV. We have phone service and high speed satellite internet. The master bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed and there are two other locking bedrooms that have comfy queen size beds with TVs and DVD players. Two of the bedrooms have 4 twin (2 bunks) beds each, for a total of 8 twin size beds. The cabin is beautifully decorated with fun antiques and snow gear. On the huge back deck there is an 6 -8 person Jacuzzi hot tub to relax in. There is also a mudroom and laundry. This is a great place to relax and have a lot of fun.
Outside, this two story house has a garage and plenty of parking, with room for snowmobiles. Close to restaurants, rentals, skiing and shopping. Within an hour of Bryce canyon, Cedar City and 1 1/2 hours from Zions. Only 3 miles to Cedar Breaks and 15 minutes to Panguitch lake. We are right next to Dixie Nat'l forest. Close to Las Vegas and Salt Lake City (3 1/2 hours drive).
