Best house I've rented!

I have rented a lot of private homes for vacation time, in lots of different places, but this one stands out as the best I've seen. The furniture and decor is great, the owner was very accommodating, and the place was very well-stocked with all the appliances, dishes and bedding one could ask for. Often, vacation rental homes can be a little worn-out (especially furniture can be a bit dated and worn), but not this one. This house is wonderful, inside and out! Also the pool / hot tub / backyard is great. I highly recommend this place!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Vegas and this truly beautiful home just made it that much better. The home is awesome!!!…every room is nicely decorated and clean. The master bedroom is huge and the master bath is a relaxing oasis…it has a huge jetted tub an awesome shower with like 7 different shower heads and huge walk-in closet. What took our breath away was the back yard…WOW!! You couldn’t help but stare back there all day. The kids had a fabulous time sliding down the rock waterslide. I loved that it actually had grass that was perfect for our lil dog. And wait till you see the security in this home…it was simply amazing that with just a touch of a button you had security shades come down every single window in this home. The home is in a lovely and very quiet neighborhood so you don’t need the extra security, but it does come in handy when you have a nervous mom like mine. She loved having that extra security when she was in the home alone with the kids at night. I truly recommend this home to anyone….families and also for romantic getaways.

Outstanding Property

This home was fantastic! We traveled by car from Victoria, Canada with 3 small dogs and this was the perfect home away from home. James was fantastic and always available if we needed anything. The pool and spa were enjoyed everyday. We used to live in Las Vegas and we were concerned about the location (in the South) simply because we lived in the Northwest but every amenity you could want is within a short distance. The only thing that I wish is that we had booked a little bit more time here. Tracey was always available for questions and concerns but really the house is so well maintained that it takes care of itself. I would rent this again without hesitation. Pay the extra to have the pool and spa heated - you won't be dissapointed. The pictures do not do justice to the property. We are back home now in the cool rain and I think fondly back to the sunny, warm time we spent in this wonderful home.

This home far exceeded our expectations. The house is much larger and more beautifully appointed than it appears in the pictures, particularly the living room and master suite (the very high ceilings throw off the perspective perhaps?) The highlight for my wife and I was the backyard landscaping. The palm trees and green grass were great for relaxing and enjoying the warm Vegas weather. The highlight for the kids was of course the pool. It was a bit colder than we liked on the first day, but after an email to Tracy, someone was at the house within 2 hours to turn up the heat. I would have preferred the spa to be warmer, but the pool was just right! Tracy and James were great to deal with. One or the other was at the house on checkout and arrival, they did not charge unreasonable pool or cleaning fees, and they refunded our deposit promptly. If we do another family vacation in Vegas, this house will definitely be at the top of the list!

Las Vegas vacation

My family and I really enjoyed spending a week at this lovely home. From the moment we arrived we new it was going to be what we had hoped. The house is gorgeous and with all the right amenities. The pool is fabulous and really gives you that resort feel, but with the privacy you want at a home. We had a great time and will definitely stay here the next time we're in Vegas. Chicago Family

Beautiful House Very Large

The home is very nice and the pictures are hard to tell what your really getting, she needs to add a picture of the kitchen that is a cooks dream and the master bedroom is big enough to live in, with a 4 poster bed,couch, chair, huge TV over the fireplace ( all fireplaces are gas and their is 3 ) The master bath is fit for a queen with a gigantic walk in closet. Their is automatic roll shutters in all rooms, how cool that was. No TV in the room with the wetbar and pool table, that was a bit dissapointing. The backyard is great for a pet, the doggie door she mentions is very small. The pool is beautiful BUT we had problems with the heater also, they never got it going or even the jacuzi AND their was someone there 4 days in a row trying to fix it and finally i said hey we would just like our privacy and would take a refund for paying for the heat, we did get our refund. The pool thing was really goofy and the people trying to fix it, no one seemed to know how it operated ? Didn't appreciate someone being their 4 days in a row, but they didn't seem to think much of it. Would definitely recomend this home if they get the pool strightend out, we were there in December and never got to use the pool or jacuzi and she didn't compensate for the inconvience. Quiet neighborhood, the airport is very close and the planes are fun to watch but loud. Oh the patio grill area could use some lighting it was hard to grill after dark. The home was very clean when we arrived, their is a 2 car garage with a automatic door and a gate out front that is remote controlled also, you access the house from the garage. The double front doors are gated and she never gave us a key ? Didn't have all the soaps and shampoos, cleaning products mentioned but i think that is due to the cleaning staff she has, they don't go through and check everything before someone arrives, burned out lightbulbs also, may seem silly but hey your paying alot to stay there.

Beware of this one

The house was very nice. However it was a bit dirty. The toilets were not cleaned under the lid and the fridge was dirty inside. We requested the pool be heated and paid the daily rate. James and Michael came over for four days in a row and were unable to make the pool heater work. On the last day we had to listen to James fight with the owner over the phone regarding the function of the pool heater. It was very uncomfortable. In the end, the day before our departure Michael indicated he could not get the heater to function and would refund our pool charge. On the day of departure the charge was refunded. It took three weeks of trying to get our deposit back. We were told that it was refunded into "our paypal account". When we didn't have one. We were told that a check was sent that we did not receive. Finally we received an e-mail saying that the day we checked out Michael "discovered" the heat to the pool set to 106F and that the deposit was going to be reduced by the amount of energy used. They deducted $60 from the deposit. As Michael and James were at the house the day before we left and stated they could not get the heater to work I can only assume that the owner of this house is desperate for money. They do not do contracts so your recourse is limited. We threatened to litigate for our deposit so I can only assume they deducted a smaller amount then they would have had we not. Be aware here..you may end up paying more then you expect.

Owner response:Pool heat was declined by guest. Tenant enjoyed the spa for 2 days prior to changing mind and requesting pool heating. Tenant requested the following day for pool heat to be turned off. Guest then requested pool heat to be turned on Thanksgiving morning. Equipment was tampered with prior to our staff arriving on Thanksgiving. The Pool equipment is less than 1 year old The repair bill was over $600 not including the holiday pay for staff and tenant was not charged. The pool part took over 2 weeks to arrive. Guest brought 2 large labs without prior authorization which staff witnessed jumping into pool and going into the home. Home is professionally cleaned prior to every tenant check-in and walked by owners to verify acceptance upon check-in.

Wonderful place! We were afraid that when we arrived, it wouldn't be as good as the pictures - but it was! Had everything that we needed - we were just a little technically challenged on getting the hot tub/water slide running, but we managed. We spent 7 days here and then didn't want to leave. It's a short distance to the strip, there are stores nearby for anything you forgot. We would love to come back (and we probably will).

A great family and pet friendly destination

A special thanks to Tracy for providing our family with a comfortable, restful, and affordable vacation. We enjoyed every luxury, from the decadent master bath, to the best equipped kitchen we have encountered in any rental property, to the activity filled outdoor pool, water slide, hot tub, outdoor dining, grill and bar areas and the grassy lawn for our dog to run and roll around on. We did encounter a few minor glitches, but they were quickly remedied by Ryan and Clint, who were nothing but kind, so a huge thank you to both of them. The house was immaculate and very comfortably furnished. We were five minutes from everything we needed, and about ten from the strip and airport (a few maps at the house would have been helpful). I will caution that the house is close to the airport, but in no way obtrusive, from inside the house you really didn't notice the planes, and from the pool and back yard they were obvious, but more entertaining than disruptive. We had a fantastic time, and if we are in the Vegas area again for a family vacation, we will definitely book this house first.
