Start your ski or golf vacation by waking up to sweeping views of Sugarloaf from one set of windows and the Bigalow Range from the other. It only gets better from here! After a breakfast made in the gourmet kitchen, you can strap on your skis and ski right out the door, or drive 3 minutes to the Award Winning golf course. For lunch, choose from a number of great on-mountain restaurants, including the newly renovated Bullwinkle's Grill located at the top of the mountain. (seasonal).
After a day on the trails, soak in the hot tub while sipping a Margarita and eating some appetizers. You can play pool before heading out to one of the on-mountain restaurants or Hug's--a lovely Italian bistro at the bottom of the access road--or the Rack, co-owned by Olympic Gold Medal Winner Seth Wescott. (He's often there!)
Our home, built in 2005, is beautifully decorated to be cozy and relaxing. The bottom floor has the pool table, gas fireplace, washer/drier, and entertainment system as well as pull-out couch. There is a ski closet for your equipment.
The middle floor has hand-textured wide planks of Hickory and an open concept design: a gourmet kitchen with soapstone counters and stainless steel appliances flow nicely into the living area with gas fireplace. The deck and hot tub are out this floor.
The top floor has the master suite with private bathroom and king bed. The picture window looks right up the mountain. There is a guest room with a queen bed and also a kid's room with bunk beds, a futon and pack and play (if requested.) These rooms share a full bathroom.
We want your experience at Sugarloaf to be one you will treasure forever. It is our favorite place to be.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We are not just saying that our home is one of the best spots on the mountain. There can never be anything built above us, so there is tons of privacy. It is a true ski-in/ski-out condo. Even if you don't ski, there is a lot to do. Besides curling up by the fire to read, you can cross country ski, ice skate or snow shoe at the Outdoor Recreation Center. There is an Anti-Gravity Center for the kids as well as Turbo Tubing at night. There is a wonderful day care center and top notch ski school.
