The Napili Bay Condo Information...

Unit 201 at The Napili Bay is a beachfront, corner, top-floor studio condo with expansive views from that include the Napili Bay, Napili Bay Beach, Pacific Ocean (Pailolo Channel), and the Islands of Molokai and Lanai. Please note that all of the oceanfront condos at The Napili Bay have sunsets views throughout the year.

You can dine at the best location on the bay for a romantic sunset dinner - the lanai - or choose from one of the more than half a dozen restaurants just a short beach walk away. There is a tall dining table with barstool chairs for two on the lanai overlooking the Napili Bay beach, Pacific ocean, and the Islands of Molokai and Lanai.


Elegant tile floors in a diamond pattern were added throughout the condo and new built-in maple cabinets were added in 2003. There is a an large L-shaped sectional sofa, a nine-drawer dresser, a amoire with TV/VCR, DVD, stereo and CD player, a lighted shelving area and a full closet so you can store all of your clothing in the living room area. Hawaiian decorations are used throughout the condo and there are some special amenities - like books and videos - to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Features include custom maple cabinets, a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice maker, dishwasher, and a full-size smooth surface range with microwave hood. The unit also has a coffee maker, blender, toaster and all of the cooking accessories that you need to make your own great meals in your condo.

The studio condo (440 square feet) comes fully furnished and is perfect for a couple. Maximum occupancy is two people. The bathroom vanity has been remodeled with new Kohler fixtures and a custom maple cabinet base with drawers give the vanity a dressed-up look. A custom maple armoire in the living area gives guests a place to keep all of their clothing together.

Napili Bay Resort Information... The Napili Bay is an ideally located resort set along the incredible half-mile crescent-shaped Napili Bay in West Maui, one bay south of Kapalua Bay. Situated directly on the beach only steps from the ocean, guests can enjoy an uncrowded, laid-back, sandy beach paradise with spectacular views of the Hawaiian Islands of Molokai and Lanai and occasional showings of humpback whales, Monk Seals, and spinner dolphins.

If you have been to West Maui before, you probably know that Napili Bay is one of the loveliest bays in Hawaii. What you may not know is that this bay is a great place for snorkeling, swimming, and boogie-boarding. It has long coral reef where dozens of varieties of tropical fish, as well as sea turtles, octopus, and eels, make their home. All this is only steps away from the condo, which locals say is one of the closest accommodations to the ocean in all of Maui.

The Frommer's Maui Guide lists The Napili Bay Condos in their Best of Maui section for moderately priced accommodations. Frommer describes Napili Bay condos as One of Maui's best kept-secrets... A couple in search of a romantic get-away, look no further... The beach here is one of the best on the coast, with great swimming and snorkeling.

The Napili Bay Resort is a small resort with only 33 units available for rent from individual owners and property managers. All units share beautifully landscaped grounds with an outdoor dining area and gas barbecue. The grounds are very well manicured and maintained by the local property manager who lives onsite.

During the months of December through April, watch for Humpback whales from our condo while sipping a tropical fruit beverage on your private lanai. Year round you will be able to enjoy spectacular sunsets, and sometimes rainbows, as the sun falls to the sea between the lovely green mountains on the islands Molokai and Lanai!

Enjoy romantic sunset walks along a pristine beach where the palm trees tower over the limited number of resorts. Restaurants and shops, including two grocery stores, are only a minute's walk away.

    2002 COMMENTS We had a marvelous time on Maui, and that was in no small part due to the excellent accommodations we enjoyed in your condo. The area was quiet, beautiful and convenient---so close to your scenic beach. We explored a lot while there, but enjoyed leisurely breakfasts on the lanai and late evenings with the books and video on Maui. The condo had all the comforts of home and then some!
