Spacious, super clean, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at River Oaks golf community. Fully furnished, consisting of kitchen and laundry, master bedroom, quest bedroom, living room. Large screened-in porch overlooks the Second Green on the River Oaks Otter Course.
The king-size bed in the master bedroom can be converted to two twin-size beds for golfers. A couch in the living room converts to a queen-size bed for extra sleeping. The swimming pool and grill is located right across from the condominium. Tennis courts within walking distance.
The famous World Tour Golf Links is less than a mile away. Other well known courses are within a 5 mile radius: Wizard and Man of War, Myrtle Beach National, Wild Wing, Arrowhead, Legends and Burning Ridge.
A short distance of one to three miles will take you to the beautiful white sandy beaches; Tanger Outlets, Free Style Music Park, the Coastal Grand Mall, Broadway at the Beach, NASCAR and plenty of The Strand's best restaurants.
