Fully furnished, consisting of kitchen and laundry, master bedroom, quest bedroom, living room. Large screened-in porch overlooks the Second Green on the River Oaks Otter Course.
The king-size bed in the master bedroom can be converted to two twin-size beds for golfers. A couch in the living room converts to a queen-size bed for extra sleeping. The swimming pool and grill is located right across from the condominium. Tennis courts within walking distance.
The famous World Tour Golf Links is less than a mile away. Other well known courses are within a 5 mile radius: Wizard and Man of War, Myrtle Beach National, Wild Wing, Arrowhead, Legends and Burning Ridge.

We rented property at this location for the Cal Ripken Experience Baseball Tournament. We were very pleased at the location of the property due to the access to highways, restaurants, and being 5 minutes away from the baseball complex. This property and balcony also faces the golf course which you can get a great view of a few holes where the golfers tee box (The teeing area). The property is very clean, well kept and nicely decorated. The owners have been wonderful and the contract paperwork process went off without a hitch.

Rent without worry! This unit at River Oaks was wonderful and exactly as described. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen very well equipped. We had no issues with any aspect of the unit. Beautiful view of golf course from large screened balcony. Grounds and pool very clean and quiet. Excellent location, easy to get around even in summer-season traffic. Owners helpful and organized. A very good value. Would certainly rent from them again and recommend to others. Our family had a wonderful week!
