Simple, charming and comfortable as the other houses on this beach, available at VRBO. This one is more closed to a very small and beautiful stream - it is a little bit more isolated from the community, what allows you much more privacy ! the kitchen is integrated to the living room - and the third bedroom is outside of the house... astonishing place for somebody that is looking for an inexpensive and silent area !!
Guests will note that we used indigenous materials from the area to decorate, striking a peaceful simplicity and connection to its community.
It is located only 8 min from the beach and with views just to the green mountains. Although there is no electricity(there is a fridge in the kitchen and hot water at the shower, both provided by a gas system) candlelight adds immensely to the charm. We provide a full daily cleaning service as required (for kitchen, bathroom, clothes, bed clothes, towels, etc.) We can also provide a cook during your stay.
If not, be prepared to make your own meals. Regardless, be sure to notify us of all your needs and necessities for the duration of your entire stay, as there is no local market. The exception is unlimited access to the "catch of each day", the area's freshest of fish.

I grew up in an area of South of Brazil close to the Iguaçu Falls at the border of Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina, then later moved with my family to the Amazon where I spent some years. Thus my connection with nature was born, and has remained always an important essential to my happiness, as it is a straight connection to my soul. Eventually, I moved to Sao Paulo to pursue my degree in environmental engineering. Years later, a career change opportunity offered me the chance to have my own business and I became successfully partnered with a company that is today known as Pazetto Events Consulting, you can easylly find information about it at the internet. Although this professional universe of fashion, design, architecture and arts in general inspires me greatly, it is really in nature that I find meaning for constructing a better society, creating a better world - a place where consumption needs to be re-thought. Living in this magical place, I acquired an understanding of the real importance of life. My idea is to share the experience with people that are looking for the same. At the present moment I am opening the first office of Pazetto Events out of the country at the city of Los Angeles.

...after moving to Sao Paulo, a beloved city with so many opportunities for me despite all its problems, I was affected by a feeling common to all big cities around the world - the stress tied to traffic, pollution, work and overload of information brought by each new technology that bombards us as city dwellers. Thus, after traveling around so many places in Brazil and the world, I chose to have a house in Paraty, a small town between 2 big metropolitan cities (Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo), and filled with cultural and historical sites, good restaurants, beautiful bay, and mostly, for its liberal and kind people. Most specifically, I discovered and became enamored by nearby Ponta Negra - celebrated for its remote localization from roads, television and all technologies of the modern society. Staying in Ponta Negra for a week is like having a nature-laden filter - for decelerating and bringing back calmness to our routine, learning how to live a simple life and consume only the essential - being connected with a sustainable world. Stepping into the magical place I call Ponta Negra will afford you these many, astonishing things - wrapped in mystery and beauty quite untouched by the man!
