The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

We chose this location for many reasons. One being the quality and standards of the building itself and the fact that Concert Developers produce such a high quality product. Another reason is the ideal location. It is close to the Inner Harbour, Cook St. Village, Beacon Hill Park, and to paths for walks along the water with mountains views. It is close enough to walk to everything, yet far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of it all as well. Markets, cafes, banks, shops, video stores, and more are just minutes away. It is just right on so many levels.

We bought this fabulous condo which was the presentation/show unit for The Chelsea. It is a Concert Development Property which produces properties that people get in line to acquire. We live here 6 months a year, and Florida for the other 6 months. Victoria Prime handles the rental and care of our home in our absence.
