The Little Ranch is a 163-acre property nestled in the foothills of Yosemite in the Central California Valley. Located 4 hours north of Los Angeles and 3½ hours south of San Francisco, the ranch features two ponds, a seasonal waterfall, 3/4 mile of the Fresno River, and too many seasonal streams to count. Enjoy fishing in the pond, swimming in the river, hiking through the oak-studded property, horseback riding, napping in a hammock on the 1,600 sq. ft. outdoor deck, or roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Several horses and a herd of cattle graze the land year-round. There is also enough wildlife to keep animal lovers and birdwatchers happy for weeks.
The ranch house is a modest but charming 2 bedroom, 1½ bath home with a renovated interior. The house sleeps 6 comfortably in two queen beds and one set of bunk beds. Although you'll enjoy a feeling of seclusion and privacy at the ranch, it's only 10 minutes from stores and eateries, 10 minutes from the Chuckchansi Casino, 20 minutes from the finest restaurant in Central California, and 40 minutes from the entrance of Yosemite National Park. The ranch is also located within 30 minutes of several large boating lakes and approximately 1½ hours from Sierra Summit ski resort.
