Our beautiful home has just been remodeled and is cute as can be! It's got the most wonderful deck overlooking a large channel leading to beautiful Corpus Christi bay. There is always a breeze and our home faces east, so the setting sun is "to our back". We LOVE hanging out in the pool and watching the boats go by. It's just the right size and the hot tub is perfect for a cool night of relaxing with friends. Our master bedroom is large with a sitting area and king bed. Large master bathroom with oversized tub AND shower, double sinks. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and are very comfy. We have two roll-a-way beds for additional guests. The comfy sectional couch is great for watching the big screen TV or relaxing by the fireplace.
Our stereo plays inside as well as out on our covered porch with its own bar. We keep our bay fishing boat in our slip, but would consider moving it to put yours in it during your stay. We've got two kayaks you'd have to use as well as numerous "water toys" for the beach and pool. Our kitchen is big and spacious with all of the utensils you would ever need. There's a large pantry and an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage if you've filled the large kitchen refrigerator/freezer AND the wine chiller! The yard is maintenance free and a pool service is provided!
This is our private vacation home and only available monthly during the months of September to March.

Family lives in San Antonio, 2 1/2 hours from the coast home. It is used all summer by various family members and friends.
Why the Owner Chose Corpus Christi
Our family loves the Texas coast and have been going there for many many years. This home is very conveniently located. It's very close to the new Packary channel which allows us to get to the open waters to fish. Bay fishing is just minutes away and fishing off the dock is great, too! It's close to the Corpus Christi airport making it convenient for our out-of-town guests to get here. It's minutes to everything!
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our favorite thing to do at our home is relax on the back patio and deck. The deck has an outstanding view of our very wide channel with beautiful homes beside and across from us. Watching our neighbors return from their fishing excursions is great! We have an awesome swimming pool that provides great relief from the heat in the summer. In the winter, it can be heated, and there are built-in jets and seats making it into a hot tub as well!

Our month on Padre Island in this beautiful home could not have been better. Debbie is an absolutely wonderful person from whom to rent. The house is beautifully decorated with comfortable, spacious rooms. I loved the over-sized master bathtub!! With the large deck over the canal, covered patio, swimming pool and all the deck furniture, it was ideal island living. We met a lot of people in the neighborhood while walking our dogs - everyone was so friendly that we felt right at home. Thank you, Debbie, for making our stay so comfortable.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
