Privacy is primary with a spectacular panoramic vista overlooking both Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses and the Bay of Banderas. This is the main floor condo/flat in a building with only 3 condos, only ONE per floor. This unit has the largest living space as the terrace extends around 3 sides of this unit and has the largest private infinity pool of the building. Sunsets can be viewed from the outdoor living and dining areas while enjoying the convenience of a full wet bar and BBQ area. (Many condos in the area do not have private BBQs and outdoor bar areas.) There are 4 sun beds by the pool and two on the private terrace off the master bedroom. Each room has seating outside on the terrace in front of that room. The gourmet kitchen is equipped for the most discerning cook or chef with utensils and appliances including an easy to use latte and coffee maker.
The flat is located in the quiet, secluded, and secure area of El Encanto, within the gates of the Punta Mita development near the Four Seasons and St. Regis Resorts. The seclusion, security and dependability of the weather have made this a true tropical paradise for our family and friends. We have had a magnificent wedding here last year which was very special and beautiful to all that attended. The golf courses as well as the Beach Club, beautiful tennis courts and work out facility, surfing and amenities have provided all ages of family and friends with a memorable holiday and time shared together.
Why the Owner Chose El Encanto
The dependability of the weather has been outstanding. The immense diversity of activities and amenities provided in a safe, secure environment for all ages from small children to teenagers to young adults was an extremely important factor in our choice to purchase a property here. The water is triple-filtered so very safe to drink, there is 24/7 medical care available on-site, the kid's camp, playground and warm swimming pool at the beach club have all contributed to the enjoyment of this area. The conceirge service is excellent. There are kayaks and boogie boards at the Resident Beach Club as well. All ages of friends and family have experienced the magnificence of this beautiful and unique area of the world. The Beach Club also has superb spa services available with private services on the beach for a fantastic, relaxing experience.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This flat has been equipped with extremely comfortable beds in all the bedrooms; the pull-out beds are exceptionally comfortable too. The kitchen is a cook's or chef's dream for cooking and/or entertaining family and friends. The outdoor terraces and dining area wrap around 3 sides of the condo with the outdoor living area adding 1,458 sq. ft. of living area to the 2,631 sq. ft. of living area inside. In addition, there is a BBQ and wet bar area outside which many condos in the area do not have due to building restrictions. The private pool is also a truly terrific addition. Indoor and outdoor living is at it's best with superbly comfortable sun beds (6), terrace furniture and indoor furniture along with the beautiful views from the terraces and as well as the views from each room in this flat all make this flat a pleasure to live in.

My stay at this condo was absolutely perfect. The condo is very spacious, lovely furnished and very comfortable all beds have en suite bathrooms attached. Location is stunning in an exclusive 5 star resort with the ocean, tennis and golf all at your fingertips. Great kitchen for cooking and having BBQ parties with beautiful porch and deck area overlooking the pool. I highly recommend this condo, you will not be disappointed. Erin x

The description of this beautiful flat was right on! Amazing property and view to die for! Very clean and the owner was so sweet and helpful and left a list of numbers and restuarants and places to go. Slow time of season but we loved the privacy and alone time since it was our anniversay. The golf was so senic and the food at all the clubs was excellent. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return myself!!
