If you cancel 3 weeks or more prior to the reservation there will be a $300 fee charged and the remaining balance will be refunded to you. There is a $200 cleaning fee.

There is computer with internet access, cable TV, laundry facilities and an attached two stall garage. It is a serene, safe area and surrounded by long term residents. There is water access; home is on canal with boat dock. Absolutely no pets and no smoking.
