- Air Conditioning : Our home has been updated with a tri-zone central air conditioning system. Each bedroom suite and the upper living area have independent temperature controls. This provides the ability to air condition a bedroom suite while continuing to enjoy on open tropical upper living area.
- Linens Provided : We provide multiple sets of linens for each of the beds as well as an abundant supply of bath and beach towels.
- Washer : We have installed super size commercial grade washer and dryer versus the typical closet sized units found in condos.

Why the Owner Chose The Palms at Wailea
Over the years we have had the privilege of staying at various locations on many of the Hawaiian Islands. We have found the South Maui area provides access to shopping, restaurants and beaches that never appear crowded. With those amenities close, the Wailea Resort Area brings the tropical resort feel to every property. The Wailea Association insures that the properties are upkept and all landscaping and public areas contribute to the tropical resort environment.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our home is steps away from Keawakapu Beach, which is fronted by private homes versus large hotel or condominium complexes, eliminating large beach crowds. We call the home our Polynesian Villa, since it is the only building on the Palms property in the Polynesian architecture. The home is a tri-level, with access through a private entrance midway between the lower bedroom suites and the upper living areas. The large lanais both upstairs and downstairs provide ocean views over Keawakapu beach.
Keawakapu Beach is one of the best beaches on Maui and is a few minute walk from our home, Palms at Wailea Polynesian Villa. The beach is fronted with multi-million dollar homes lining the shore, attributing to the small number of people on the beach versus the beaches fronted by hotels and condos. The sand is very fine and super soft, and slopes gently into the water, producing a superior swimming experience.
The Shops at Wailea are a 15 to 20 minute walk from our home, Palms at Wailea Polynesian Villa. A number of restaurants and specialty shops provide convenient shopping in the area.

Mike and Hope Hawksworth reside and work in Phoenix, Arizona. We have enjoyed our Hawaii vacations since our first trip in 1985. After spending many years renting a summer place in Maui, we were fortunate enough in 2007 to find our incredible Wailea home which had just been listed the week we arrived on the island. We knew it was special when we walked in the first time and had it under contract before we returned home!

We truly enjoyed our 10 night stay inthis Villa! We've stay at the Palms properties before but wanted a different experience this time. The owners have done a fabulous job of making this condo family friendly yet having the latest amenities. We used the towels, chairs, toys (for our 2 year old Granddaughter) and the bar-b-que. The view from the lanai's was fabulous and calming in the evening. it's close to the beach, shopping in Wailea or Kehei. This is a perfect place for families to stay with plenty of room. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Maui.

We enjoyed everything about this great villa/condo. It is nicely appointed, spacious, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai with the lovely view of the ocean. The snorkeling gear worked great, and the supply of beach towels was huge. Plus, Mike and Hope were so great to work with.

Great for large families. Great location only .10 mile from the ocean and you can see the ocean from the lanai. The owners of the condo have made it very rental friendly. Great flat screen TV, dvd collection, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, plenty of towels, beach chairs and all of the kitchen equipment you would need. We will rent this condo again and I have already recomended to many friends and family. Great big grass area for kids to play in right outside condo. Bottom line.....A MUST RENT!!

We just returned from a 10 night stay in this beautiful home. We Loved It! There were five of us and we had so much room to spread out it was great. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to stay in Wailea. The sunset views on the lanai were terrific. Having your morning coffee and watching the birds were so relaxing. We loved being able to have two full bathrooms and a 1/2 bath so all of us could get ready at the same time. We even found that the Geckos are friendly. I can't express how much fun we had staying here. The owners have done a great job in making sure everything you could need for the beach was here. We had towels, chairs, and snorkel gear, boogie boards, even a sand bucket and shovel for our daughter to play with. We felt that we could go have a fun time on the beach and then when we were all done playing we could come back here and relax. If you have a large family save this is the place to stay! I would even stay here again if it was just me and my husband!
