This is a cozy, very clean, fully furnished apartment that will allow you to have a leisurely stay in Savannah. It is immaculate, cleverly designed and comfortable. Store food, heat up your leftovers, wash your clothes, sleep late, and enjoy satellite tv and wi fi. The bed is very comfortable and there is no noise in the neighborhood. Very quiet. Within walking distance of several eateries, coffee shops and the free bus that takes you around Savannah. I would totally recommend this cottage as a great deal for the price considering all the facilities that are available. Really made my stay worth while,

I stayed here May 16-23 2011. I loved everything about this amazing little cottage. It was the perfect size for just me (or would be for a couple) , the bed was SOOO comfortable (which made getting up early nearly impossible!), and I could easily walk anywhere I wanted to go in the Historic District. The owners were fantastic and made the rental process very easy (which was good, since this was my first time.). The cottage is very affordable, in fact it's cheaper than staying in one of the big dollar hotels in the Historic District...with many more amentities. I loved having a washer and dryer and a full kitchen while on vacation. That was so nice! (Alot of the hotels in Savannah don't have refrigerators/microwaves, let alone laundry!) Kay answered any/all of my questions and was always quick to get back to me when contacted. The cottage was very clean and cozy. I go to Savannah often and am happy to say that I found my "second home" on the first try. I will definitely return and absolutely recommend this fabulous place to anyone looking to feel right at home in my favorite city!

My spouse and I stayed here for a week in May 2011 and it exceeded our expectations! Very affordable, clean, and well furnished with everything we needed, including a washer and dryer. We loved the private patio and we were walking distance to everything - very close to all of the restaurants and attractions yet the area itself is very quiet. Highly recommended for one or two people - we hope to return very soon.

This cottage is wonderfully renovated, with thoughtful details and efficiency. The bath is new and the courtyard is private. The cottage is within walking distance to anything in the historic district you might want to see or do. The owners were helpful and friendly. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Savannah.

We stayed an extended weekend while visiting a student at SCAD. We found the condo to be very nicely appointed, and although small, was very effiecient and offered a comfortable surrounding. Dedicated place to park, far enough away from the historic district to be quiet, but still close enough to the activities. The rental experience went very smoothly. We were pleased with the value, a nice respite compared to a hotel stay. Will definitely return to this cottage in the future
