Why the Owner Chose Santa Monica
The historic Ocean Park neighborhood is clean yet funky. Walking distance to Venice and a mile from the more upscale 3rd Street Promenade. It is as close to the beach as one can get in Santa Monica.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I have two complimentary surf boards and a beach cruiser to ride on the boardwalk. The building also has a pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, weight room and a rec room. Within one block is Main Street Santa Monica, with numerous restaurants, coffee shops, clothing stores, etc. Two blocks away are public tennis and basketball courts, a jogging path and of course, the Pacific Ocean. It doesn't get any better than this!
