This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, TV and the bath is attached with a double sink vanity, shower and tub. The second bedroom has one double bed and one twin bed, with a closet, TV and bath with single sink, tub and shower.
This bath is entered either through the bedroom or hallway. The third sleeping space is a a king memory foam pull out in the living room, very comfortable! There is also the availability of an air mattress located in the closet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an eating bar with three stools along with a dining nook that seats 6. The living room houses a TV, DVD/VCR, gas fireplace, couch and two reclining chairs with ottomans. The small deck looks out onto the Blue River and contains a gas grill.

This is our family's mountain getaway! We love walking out the back door to the Blue River for fly fishing or just sitting by the river with a drink in hand. Our location is in Silverthorne which is within easy driving distance of the slopes of Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Loveland and Copper Mountain; as well as four to five golf courses. My favorites are the Ravens at Eagles Nest, Keystone River Course and The Ranch at Keystone. We hope you choose Colorado!

This 2 bedroom/2 bath is on the first floor, no walking up steps with heavy ski gear or luggage. It is situated on the Blue River which is a Gold Medal River full of trout. It is centrally located to ski areas, hiking trails, golf courses, bike trails, Dillon Lake Marina, shopping and restaurants. Plus, we just really loved the layout of the condo which is new and updated as it was built in 2003.
