Enjoy the tranquility and beauty on Kiawah Island located approximately 21 miles from historic Charleston, South Carolina. Kiawah Island is an exclusive private island community which offers over 10 miles of sandy beach, a multitude of family recreational activities, and access to five championship golf courses and two tennis villages. Kiawah Island is renowned for its natural beauty and preserved wildlife. It has also been listed on the Travel Channel's 10 best USA beaches. There is entertainment for the entire family.
You will feel at home in this newly renovated spacious three bedroom, three bath villa which sleeps 8. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second, and two queens in the third. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Come enjoy the wonderful screened porch which overlooks the lagoon. You can read a book or simply enjoy the remarkable wildlife which is in constant motion around the lagoon. The beach is approximately 300 yards from the villa which is about a three minute walk.
We are available year round. During the summer, we require a Saturday to Saturday stay, but during the off season, we offer special long weekend rates. You may want to inquire about special winter rates.

This is our final night in Kiawah. We are sad to leave but will be back and plan to stay at this property again. Everything about it is wonderful. Thanks so much for sharing your place.
