We are a management consultant/engineer and writer/marketing professional from the City of Atlanta. We love all the fun things to take advantage of in Atlanta, but we also love escaping for a wind-down in Destin!
Why the Owner Chose Summerspell
We have vacationed in Destin for many years, staying the last four of them at the Summerspell complex. We fell in love with its low-key atmosphere, great walking path across from the beach and nearby restaurants. We waited for a long time to purchase this property and are excited to offer it to our guests as a rental because we've had such fun times in the area!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We tried to create a lost-in-time, nostalgic atmosphere when renovating Summerspell #305. Guest will really appreciate the new tile, paint, crown molding and furnishings! Being on the top floor means there is no foot traffic above you for extra quiet. There is also a beautiful palm tree right off the balcony, which overlooks the pool but is far enough away to avoid pool noise.
