Welcome to our beautifully furnished, newly renovated, 4,000 sq. ft. four-level private home in the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, which features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, formal dining room, formal living room, den, game room, (1) 65" flat screen TV, (3) 52" flat screen TV's, (1) 20" flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace, and 12 person hot tub.
Our main level features vaulted ceilings, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and one full bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen features granite counter tops and bar, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens to the formal dining room, which seats 10. The bar seats an additional 3. The master bedroom has a four poster king size bed and 52" flat screen TV. The master bathroom features dual shower heads. The second bedroom has a full size bed with 20" flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a twin bunk bed with twin trundle.
Go up 7 stairs to the large formal living room which features a baby grand piano, 52" flat screen TV, and beautiful furniture.
Go down 7 stairs to the large game room which features a pool table, ping pong table, pinball machine, fireplace, and 52" flat screen TV.
Go down 6 stairs to the lower level which features a large den with 65" flat screen TV, video games, board games, toys. It also features a laundry room with full size front load washer and dryer. The fourth bedroom has a full size bed. The fifth bedroom has a queen size bed and twin bunk beds. There is also a third bathroom with tub/shower and separate vanity area.
All mattresses are top of the line and very comfortable. (2) queen size air mattresses and (1) twin mattress are available upon request.
The backyard features a covered deck with outdoor furniture which overlooks the 12 person newly purchased hot tub.
The Rocky Mountains are famous for skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and hiking, which are just a few miles away. You are a short block to the ski shuttle which will take you to our world famous ski resorts. You are only 10 miles to Snowbird, 11 miles to Alta, 18 miles to Solitude and 19 miles to Brighton Ski Resort.
You are also only 35 minutes from Park City, which features the Olympic Winter Park, and 25 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City or the Salt Lake City airport.

We are one block from the Ski Shuttle which will take you to the world famous ski resorts: Snowbird Ski Resort(10 miles), Alta Snow Resort (11 miles), Solitude (17 miles) Brighton Ski Resort(19 miles). Park City is only 35 minutes away. You can take a short walk to the park. Close to great shopping and restaurants. 25 minutes to the airport or to downtown Salt Lake City and Temple Square.

Our stay was GREAT!!! The home is beautiful and well equipped with everything you could need and more. Upon arrival, the home was very clean and there were welcome baskets. The owner was nice and very easy to communicate with. Hot tub was great after skiing and snowmobiling. Location was perfect for all the ski resorts and easy to/from the airport. Lots of great restaurants nearby...Manderin Garden, Porcupine, and The Pie. We highly recommend the Yurt at Solitute-what an experience. And snowmobiling at Lofty Pikes near Park City. We hope to return next year. Thanks Ellen!

The owner was extremely nice and accommodating. The house was just as described. Very clean, a lot of fun things to do for a family or two - there is a playground in the backyard. It was perfect for us and our 2 families staying there. Each family had their own private areas, one upstairs, the other down. Nice bedding & linens, everything we needed, easily accessible. Loved it!!! Thanks Ellen! We will look at staying again in the winter to ski!
