Beautiful, unique, and historical San Francisco Victorian flat. This flat is on the first floor of a 2-story historic Victorian mansion in the heart of Pacific Heights. The house is in a row of Victorian homes on the historical cable car tour of San Francisco.
The interior consists of 15+ foot ceilings, with a modern loft-like open feel with Victorian details such as crown moldings and wood floors. The front parlor can be used as a sitting room (with fireplace) or as a second bedroom (has a twin-sized daybed). It includes large pocket doors that can be closed for privacy. In addition, there is a living room and dining room with views out over the lights of the city. There is an additional wood burning fireplace in the living room.
The master bedroom is very large with a Queen bed and dresser. Linens provided include 1000 thread count bedding. There is a flat screen plasma TV in the bedroom and wireless internet throughout.
There are two bathrooms in the flat. One includes a stall shower, and the other a tub with a shower.
The very large gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, and high end accessories (dishes, glassware, bakeware, etc). There are floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen that overlook the garden and the city views. The kitchen and dining room face South with beautiful sunshine pouring through the windows for most of the day.
There is a shared backyard, with a lemon tree and small deck.
The parking that is included is for a small compact car only. The garage has an automatic remote garage door entry. For large cars, there is ample street parking.
Furnished with beautiful mid-century modern antiques and art. Anyone in a creative field will appreciate the interior design.

Why the Owner Chose Pacific Heights
I used the flat as my primary home for 4 years before I moved to NYC. Now I use it as a rental.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I like the short walk down to Fillmore Street. Dinner at Pizzeria Delfina or SPQR. A movie at the Clay Independent Theatre or the Sundance Kabuki Theatre (both within a few blocks). A music concert at the Fillmore. Shopping in the designer boutiques on Fillmore and Unions Streets. Everything SF has to offer is all very close, as the flat is very centrally located.
