We rented this house for our family vacation consisting of my husband myself our two girls and my husbands parents. You cannot begin to imagine the space this home offers! The pictures of the home are great, but do it no justice. Everything down to the pool towels was of high end quality, and the home was VERY clean and that was of big importance to me. I almost don't want to tell anyone how nice this place is LOL! so I can keep it as my secret, but it is way to cool not to share. The owners made a great binder with info on everything you need to know regarding the house and local places of interest, right down to how to program the home surround stereo. The pool and spa are fabulous, and secluded. The lot next to the house is empty on one side and the home on the otherside was empty at the time of our stay. Which is great because a lot of these vacation homes do have pools, but you have like 5 other pools facing your pool. Yuck! I really can't say enough good things about our stay, the house made our vacation, we really didnt want to go out to the parks everyday while we were in FLA, so having an awesome house with a great pool made the days home perfect. Andy the property manager, answered all my questions, and I had a few since this was the first time I decided to rent a house for our vacation rather than a hotel villa. I can say for certain that I am done with hotels, this is the way to go! Simon and Jaqui you have a wonderful home, thanks for sharing it, we will be back next year!

With regret I feel I have no choice but to write this review. The villa itself is lovely and when considered in isolation more than meets the advertised specification of those anticipating a luxury villa vacation experience. This was exactly what my family was anticipating … and exactly what we did NOT get. The empty lot next door, referred to by Kristimay, is no longer empty as of 15th October 2011. During my vacation it was taken up by a team of 10-15 builders who proceeded to construct a villa for all the daylight hours of Tuesday through Saturday of our week long stay. The wall of the new villa next door was being built literally 6 yards from the edge of the poolside. As such, it was not possible to use the pool, or to sit or eat outside PERIOD. So why the poor rating? BECAUSE BOTH THE OWNER AND THE HANDLING AGENT IN FLORIDA KNEW ABOUT THE IMMINENT BUILDING WORK, well before my family’s arrival. And did they call me or the booking agent in London … NO THEY DID NOT! They did nothing except take my full fee clearly worried that I would ask for an alternative or a refund prior to departure if I was in any way in the know about the construction. And since my return I have spent weeks swapping email, sending photographs, asking for an apology but to no avail. I have been consistently stonewalled …. and now I have been left with little choice but to explore my legal options. The difficulty I am having is my family’s trip of a lifetime was ruined by let’s face it, the stereo-typical ‘Holiday-from-Hell’ scenario of builders next door. No remorse, and no comeback from the people I paid cash to for this experience, and no matter what comes back in reply to this review, if indeed they care, they cannot deny that they knew about the IMMINENT BUILDING WORK NEXT DOOR AND DID NOTHING and happily sat back, cash in bank, to leave my family’s vacation to fall way short of expectation. So if this review is not sufficient for you to look elsewhere in Reunion, then I would be sure to ask for updated photos of the villa given the new building 6 yards away, before hitting the ‘book it’ button and subjecting your family to naive faith in human nature, sadly the way I subjected mine. I should have posted this review earlier for all you prospective Reunion travelers, but I felt I wanted to give the owners the right of reply and the opportunity to right wrongs privately. They neglected to take this up so far - so catalogue of building photos available upon request.

This was a great house for our Disney trip. There was plenty of room for our party of 7 (each of our kids had a friend with them) and the private pool was a real plus. When we walked in, everyone just said WOW! The house is in immaculate condition, we love your taste in furnishing and your beds are better than mine at home! The Resort itself is spectacular, although we never did find the time to play golf, we did have a day in the Water park though, which proved a great hit. We will try to stay here again the next time we travel to Disney. Thank you for owning and maintaining such a welcoming, stunning, and inviting home. We will be back, soon.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I had such a wonderful time at the Sunshine home . I've rented many homes before in Orlando / Vegas / Cape Cod. This one was the best of all - Great Wonderful home. My children loved The Pool Room on 2nd Floor / The Washer and Dryer was really a blessing. Really awesome - and yes I would come back again - just waiting for my Grandchild to get older. Thanks again for all of your help.
