7451 Gathering Court is a beautiful, brand new, 5200 sq ft bespoke home overlooking the 3rd hole on the prestigious Tom Watson Signature Golf Course within Reunion Resort. It is beautifully furnished with top of line furnishings and bedding; plasma TVs, DVD and cable in every bedroom; Multi Room Nuvo Music System; marble counter tops throughout; luxury bathrooms; heated private pool and jacuzzi. Reunion Resort is an exclusive 5 star, 2300 acre, luxury resort located 1 mile off I-4 exit 58, just 30 mins from Orlando International Airport and is only 5 miles from DisneyWorld's main gates.
Guests can take full advantage of the resort's facilities including 3 signature golf courses (named Golf Resort of the Year 2008 by The International Association of Golf Tour Operators), Tennis, Fitness Suite, Spa, three excellent restaurants and sushi bar, Waterpark and numerous other pools. It is also the home of the Annika Golf Academy. The resort is secure and has regular security patrols and manned security gates.
The house is located in the Homestead Area of Reunion, within walking distance to Reunion Grande, Seven Eagles Pool and The Club House. The home has a contemporary decor and the downstairs is mainly open plan. The windows all have plantation shutters or wooden blinds and the bedrooms have a further set of curtains or blinds.
DOWNSTAIRS :
*Study Area - With desk and printer. For those who can't totally escape the office!
*Kitchen - Fully equipped with island unit and casual breakfast bar area with 3 bar stools. Large Fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, blender etc. Ample pots and pans, utensils, crockery and glassware for dining in.
*Dining Area - Seats 8
*Living Area - Entertainment system including 42" plasma TV, Blu Ray DVD, multi-play CD changer; comfortable sofa and chairs.
*Laundry Room - With washer and dryer - sink area - ironing board and steam iron.
*Master Bedroom - Very spacious, King size bed, DVD, Plasma TV, Cable, Music system, french doors open onto a sheltered patio area. Ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, separate walk in shower, separate toilet, vanity area and walk in closet. Double sink unit.
*Patio Area with gas barbq, sink, dining area, fenced pool, 4 sunloungers, music system.
UPSTAIRS:
*King size bedroom - or 2nd master bed as it's the same size as the one downstairs! DVD, Plasma TV, Cable, Music System. French doors open onto private balcony overlooking golf green with two loungers. Ensuite bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, two separate sink areas. Cable TV also in bathroom. Walk in closet with iron and ironing board.
*3rd Bedroom - Queen Size bed. Balcony. DVD, Cable TV. Walk in closet. Ensuite bathroom with shower.
*4th Bedroom - Two bunk beds - one single and one double with single over the top. Also has a further roll out single bed under one of the bunk beds. DVD and Cable. Ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower.
*Games Room - Full size pool table, wet bar. Plasma TV, DVD and Cable. Multi play CD changer and music system. Opens onto a large balcony overlooking the pool and golf green beyond with two sofas. Perfect for chilling out with a good book!
Wheelchair Friendly: All downstairs doorways are wheelchair friendly. There are two steps to the front door of the property and there is a very small step (2") into the walk in shower in the downstairs bedroom. There is a small tiled seat in the shower but no grab rails. Additional mobility aids can be hired from a local company from wheelchair friendly cars, scooters to shower seats etc.
Toddler/Baby Friendly: There are two highchairs and travel cots including bedding at the property. There is also a toy box with toys and books. A stairgate can also be fitted to the top of the staircase. The stairs are carpeted and have shallow steps. The pool is fenced off. There are no internal steps within the property.
