The Quartermile apartment is run by the owners of Edinburgh Villa (which is a holiday house established 1996). We have built up a great reputation through the years of providing lovely, comfortable and first class accommodation.
The Quartermile apartment is new for Autumn 2009 and is stunning! It's a rather prestigious development just 5 minutes walk from the Royal Mile. Modern living with modern conveniences and high specification finishes. There's convenient additional extras too such as an allocated parking spot, WiFi, elevator, 2 bathrooms. The apartment has new furnishings and there's a magnificent glass wall the full width of the living room with views over parkland and to the valley behind. Sliding glass doors can open up the apartment to the greenery on sunny days.
A Sainsburys grocery shop and Starbucks is also on the doorstep and part of this development.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms with fine linens and plenty of wardrobe space. The Master bedroom has the ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and WC, there's a 2nd WC and shower room.
The apartment can sleep a maximum of 4 adults. We can accomodate 5 people (e.g. 2 adults and 3 children) if the child is under 16 on the sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and located just off the living room, there's a dining table for 4.
