Our newly renovated home is one of a few that have over 100 feet of ocean frontage with fantastic views from all main living areas! Spectacular views of the beach from the second-floor family room and deck. Inside features include gorgeous hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplace, family room, living room, two bedrooms, two full baths, and an oceanfront sun room with a queen-size sleeper that can be used as a third bedroom.
Sleeps ten and dining seating for ten. King-size bed in master bedroom, queen-size bed in second bedroom, two queen-size sleeper sofas, and one full-size sleeper sofa.
Our home is beautifully decorated and located in quiet south side of beautiful Flagler Beach. Perfect for two families with over 1,700 square feet of living area. Excellent use of space, many windows, vaulted ceilings, and large, second floor give a bright airy feel.

Why the Owner Chose Flagler Beach
We chose the Flagler Beach area because of the location of the home in proximity to the Atlantic Ocean. The town itself offers an "Old Florida" lifestyle which means no big hotels or resorts and no crowds. The people are friendly and gracious. The location of Flagler Beach offers easy access to St. Augustine to the north which is about a 30 minute drive as well as Daytona Beach to the south in about 30 minutes. Orlando is only 90 minutes west which makes an easy day trip. You'll find almost anything you would need to make your vacation in Florida to be a memorable one.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home rests on a lot with 105' ocean frontage. You have fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean from both floors. The best views naturally are on the second floor where you can watch dolphins play in the water, the occasional surfer catch a wave or even a right whale mosey on by. The house itself has been recently updated giving the kitchen, sun room and bathrooms a fresh new look. The hardwood floors and fireplace bring that sense of "home" to our home. You will enjoy your stay in our charming and comfortable home in Flagler Beach, Florida.

If you like the idea of a guarded beach, the beach surrounding the pier is guarded but crowded.
Our favorite restaurant in town. Located in a 1928 estate home, this restaurant offers excellent food and a unique atmosphere. The house holds countless antiques of every kind. If you are in Flagle
This restaurant is a local favorite which is located on the Atlantic Ocean. It offers tasty fried seafood entrees.
Put your boat or kayak in here and enjoy the scenic intro coastal waterways. You can water ski or wake board in these calm waters. Here we've seen dolphins and manatees on every outing!

We are looking forward to staying at this home again this year. It has been a perfect two week stay for us while visiting family in Palm Coast. This will be our third year staying in this home and we will no doubt book it again for 2013, I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking forward to a relaxing week or two in Flagler Beach!

My husband and I and our three daughters enjoyed our stay in this home very much. The views are amazing and we loved being steps from the ocean. The kitchen is small but has a surprising amount of counter space and is nicely stocked. The bedrooms are large. The town of Flagler Beach is so charming! We enjoyed the homemade ice cream at The Waffle Cone, and pizza at Rocky's Pizzeria. Be sure to check out the Village Emporium on Flagler Ave. We also liked being just a short drive from Daytona Beach and St. Augustine. We stayed at this home for almost two weeks and we can't wait to visit again!

This was my first visit to Flagler Beach. I loved the laid back feel to the town. The house was exactly as advertised. It worked well for those of us staying for the week and friends visiting overnight. The location was perfect. The beach was wonderfully quiet. A great house for a family and very affordable. I would stay here again.
