Contemporary, high end 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,450 sq. ft., southwest exposure condo located on Marco Island's stunning Crescent Beach. Each of the three bedrooms has its own private bathroom. Each bedroom has a flat panel TV and there is also a 52 inch HD TV in the living room. Other electronics include an iPod docking station, CD, DVD, DVR surround sound. It has a 1,000 square foot lanai which is accessible from the kitchen, dining room, living room and one bedroom. The Lanai is great for dining if you don't want to sit at the bar or in the formal dining room. From the wrap-around lanai, you have great views of the Gulf of Mexico, Crecent beach and Marco Island. The state of the art kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counter tops, glass tile backsplash, french door refrigerator, beverage refrigerator and a beverage/wine cooler. There are marble floors throughout the condo with the exception of the bedrooms which are carpeted. The condo was completely remodeled in 2007 and has never before been rented.
The Marriott Beach Resort is next door and offers parasailing, jet skiing and beachside dining/drinking/entertainment. This condo is within walking distance to several restaurants, a movie theatre and shopping.
