Our house is totally up to the minute, fully furnished and has a private backyard and two car garage. Located on a cul-d-sac and only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to the tennis center. The kitchen is up to the minute with granite counter tops and new Maytag appliances. The master bath has been recently remodeled with a large walk in shower, new cabinets and fixtures. Master and guest rooms have king size beds. The master bedroom is enormous and has a very large walk in closet. The overall design is Great Room style opening up to a large screened in porch. Wonderful Den with built in bookcases and desk and a pull out couch for spillover guests.

Equipped with wireless Internet, 50 inch big screen TV and second TV for either the guest room or master.

Sea Oaks is a gated tennis & beach Community on the Treasure Coast bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and Indian River. 16 Har Tru Tennis Courts, New Fitness Center, Beach Club and Tennis Center. Three dining facilities. Private beach along a 20 mile stretch of beach. Public 18 hole golf course is 4 miles away, shopping in downtown Vero Beach 4 miles, Art Museum and Riverside Theater in Vero too. Endless restaurants to choose from.

Social activities include: Happy hour every Friday at the Beach Club, where you will meet other temporary members and full time residents. Tennis Clinics and round robins to meet other tennis players. Exercise classes, dances, concerts and barbeques all year round. There are a number of active golfers here too! Ladies 9 and 18 hole players gather each week at Sandridge Golf Course.

Sea Oaks is a very active vibrant community with all age groups and playing levels. Team tennis for those who are feeling competitive during the season - January through March.
